4th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Join a tenant's union and read up on tenant's rights before renting from this hopeless company. Norwich branch dreadful. Absolutely incompetent company, palmed our renting off to the hopeless 'Sequence' sub-company. Took two months to return the non-disputed portion of our deposit due to their shocking incompetence. Would give zero stars if I could, it takes a lot to bring the good name of estate agents into disrepute, but they managed it.

She kept us informed at all stages of the sale and did her best to make the process as easy as possible. Recommended.- 16th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Well, where do I start. Firstly please don't be put off by the big national estate agent brand name as the service is the best and most efficient personal service I have ever received from an Estate Agents. A special mention has to go to Emily who has been truly amazing throughout the whole process. If it wasn’t for Emily the chain may well have collapsed and she has been, warm, friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and extremely efficient throughout the entire process. Estate Agents often get a bad wrap in relation to their value for money but on this occasion I couldn’t disagree more, they are well worth their weight in gold. The whole team there are fantastic and you definitely won’t go wrong if you choose William H Brown in Swaffham to sell your house through, happy buying and selling ????
21st Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Mel and the team could not have been more helpful. Friendly, professional and caring Our Mother passed away June 22 and they handled everything very sensitively. It was a very difficult time for us having lost Mum and then having to sell the house. Cannot thank them enough for the way the sale was handled with us in mind. Highly recommend.
12th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Had a very poor experience trying to collect keys to my first house with this branch. We were due to complete on a Friday but called ahead to let them know we'd be over Saturday afternoon to collect keys. When called on completion day I alerted a 2nd member of staff we'd be coming Saturday afternoon and not right away. We'd be driving from Oxford (3 hours away) so wanted to make sure they were definitely expecting us. We arrive 2:35pm Saturday to an empty branch, wait 90 mins before calling around to see if anyone from other branches can get in touch with the DM agents as they close at 4. The Norwich branch managed to call the DM agent who confirmed out on a Valuation but back soon as only 10-15 mins away and coming back to branch before finishing for the day. An hour then passes so it's 5pm and still no agent. We waited 2.5 hours on an afternoon when they knew we were coming to collect keys and nothing. Lied to the Norwich branch that they would be coming soon. Thankfully no chain so we hadn't arranged removal vans for that day as I have no idea what we'd have done if all our belongings were packed up. To top it all off while waiting the extra hour between 4-5pm my car was driven into in the nearby car park. 6 hours of driving, a wasted day & a damaged car later I get a call from Ollie the branch manager basically saying "yeah, sorry about that, see you next week" Happy to prioritise new business over fulfilling remaining obligations from a previous sale. Dreadful.- 31st Mar 2024 (23 days ago)Do not use this particular area of the company they offer poor housing with knowledge of problems and lie be aware and check home and speak to neighbours first

The standard of clean expected is always incredibly high, Beebys go above and beyond to ensure that properties are clean and well presented for new tenants. The team at Beebys are professional, yet approachable. Always friendly and appreciative. They are an absolute joy to communicate with. We would, and do, recommend them to friends and family who are looking for properties to let or buy.

23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you

2nd Apr 2024 (21 days ago)As a development company we have been dealing with Sowerby's regarding the sale of our Development, Quavers in Thornham. I have been very impressed with them. I like their approach to sales with clear guidelines given from the outset with timescales which help manage expectations. I don't like flattery as it leads to bad decision making or at best false expectations and so it was refreshing to find an estate agent that was transparent about likely sales values. However this doesn't mean they wont work for better results if they can be achieved. Very personal dealings with Harry, Spencer and Karen whom ive found to be more than helpful in the journey. 12th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.

I found other estate agents would pester you and just worry about the sale, but Molyneux and Tom in particular were different. They were very professional, helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly, whilst putting your needs first. I would highly recommend using Molyneux in the future to anyone looking to purchase a property.
