from then outset of us having an interest in the Propery Curtis and Ben where the model of professionalism. We were moving from a long distance to Norfolk and they helped us every way they could from a virtual viewing to daily updates in progress. Curtis also met us out of hours at 8.30pm on a Saturday night to sign us in. All in all a very positive experience and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a Home Rental.

Exceeded my expectations by a wide margin at every part of the letting process; Ben Penfold worked astoundingly hard in securing a tenant for my property at a speed and at a monthly rent which were far beyond my most optimistic estimates. He then looked after securing the necessary compliance certificates, drawing up the tenancy agreement and arranging for works to be carried out at the property, resulting in scarcely any hassle for me, and the tenant moving in months ahead of the date I had been envisaging. Every part of the process was cheaper than I had been anticipating, too, and it is hard to think of how the service might have been improved.

Very good agent, always happy to get a deal tied up, have had issues with some of the staff when buying property through them before but they do work for the seller so it's good to bear that in mind.
They do tend to take on any property, but some of their stock has been on for a very long time, in some cases years and years.
So if you want a quick sale, you may have to keep an eye on what they're doing to get you the best price at the fastest pace if you want to move on with your life. If not, your property might go stagnant if not sold within 4 months.
