I would not trust their descriptions again.
They did offer money back, however, that would not cover my time and expenses getting to them to collect.

Lost a star for being confusing how to get j., have to go through the housing agent and they will direct you inside. Otherwise the building was clean and nice with alot of stuff up for auction

“Above the law” thieves! Having spent an entire day clearing the property my father rented following his death from Covid-19, this agency have refused to address the 10cm hole into the property we identified 2 weeks prior. When I first visited, there was a dead rat in the property, which we alerted the agency to. When I returned the property was professionally cleaned - hoovered, mopped, dusted, sanitised, but obviously due to the hole that remained (an open access from a tumbledryer vent) the agency is claiming the property has not been cleaned as there are rat droppings. In a pandemic, the entire property was cleared, except the garden could not be mowed as it was December and raining, but nevertheless was left in an expected standard given the season. I’m so saddened to see the over 60s left with rotting wood and rubble in a garden and expected to maintain it, yet it is clear my father did. Despite clearing all items, rubbish, rodents and dirt from the property the agency is claiming it would have been better for us not to have bothered with our own expense as they are offering his executors (as if my family have not been faced with enough in planning a funeral,)£15 of the £615 security deposit, for exposing my father to rodents in his last days outside a hospital. How dare an organisation treat its tenants and the recently bereaved in such a disrespectful, insulting way. Fortunately they don’t actually write the law and have to adhere to their own tenancy agreements, so will not be keeping their disgusting money-grabbing hands on my late father’s last money.
