Mel and the team could not have been more helpful.
Friendly, professional and caring
Our Mother passed away June 22 and they handled everything very sensitively. It was a very difficult time for us having lost Mum and then having to sell the house. Cannot thank them enough for the way the sale was handled with us in mind.

This was truly a game of two halves, in sporting parlance. Prior to agreeing a sale they were excellent. Prompt attention, good photos, description good (with amendments), early accompanied viewings with excellent lady, asking price achieved (may have been slightly undervalued but wanted speedy conclusion). All good so far, HOWEVER,
I would like to say that support and communication thereafter was terrible - it wasn't - it was non-existent. On my initial request for the purchasers contact details, they were economical with the truth (some might say they lied but I couldn't possibly say that.) I eventually wrote to the purchasers who responded positively and thereafter progressed the sale entirely myself. The next time I heard from the agent was when we had exchanged contracts and it was time to pay their bill. Hmmm. If only they had delivered post-sale agreement support with pre-sale activity it would have been a good experience.... Read more
