My Husband and I rented a property though Newson and Buck for last 7 years until recently due to the owners requiring the property back.
We can't fault the level of service we have received particularly from Steven and Darren.
If we could have re rented through these company we would have.
Repairs when needed were always super speedy and inspections were done with ample notice.
Upon leaving the property our deposit was returned with no issues in a timely manner.
Cant fault this business at all, Great local business who care about their customer.

I dealt with Darren and the team in Kings Lynn and couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. I was very rushed with changing jobs and had to get my move done quickly. Millsopps were more than accommodating and helped me with every single question I had with very rapid response. Super friendly, very business like but casual which is very hard to find that perfect balance. If you're going to quote the Governments guidance, make sure you know what your saying. If your company policy is not the same as government guidance, do not act as if it is and back track when you get caught out. This is a stressful time for all sellers and buyers at the moment, being clear and not trying to hide information from your potential buyers, is a big difference from a sale and a no-sale.
Update: thanks Dale, for your reply. I understand the need to keep contact to a minimum, the disappointing part is hiding behind government guidelines, when it’s actually your companies policy.

Terrible customer service. Spoke to 3 agents and never really turned up or helped to view the property. Came a long way driving 150 miles to see the property only to be told they are no more free slots to show around. The person (Charlie) who was supposed to show the property was never there no called me to ask if I found the property or not. Overall, I do not recommend this estate agents for any sales.
