If it were possible to give 0 stars, i most certainly would. The team are basically unresponsive and when they do decide they should finally reply, they are extremely unhelpful. Have had multiple broken items within the flat including no toilet to use and they recommended to use a bucket instead... they then refused compensation despite the inability to live in the house. Ellie is especially rude and unhelpful but the others are not far behind! Do not use simplylettinglondon!!... Read more

If I could give no stars I would. This company is terrible and should not be used. They employ hostile and Unprofessional builders, they do not take their work seriously and they do not take any responsibility for their work. Easily the worst letting company I have ever dealt with. Poor or non-existent email communication and the phone was never picked up once during our 2 year tenancy. Any responses we did receive were often rude or giving incorrect information. They made mistakes returning our deposits to the correct bank accounts once our had tenancy ended. Hindsight is a beautiful thing. I have absolutely NOTHING positive to say about this company. Useless staff, rude and aggressive maintenance men, empty promises, lazy repairs… do yourself a favour and DO NOT rent with them. The bad reviews similar to mine are no exaggeration. Steer clear.... my experience with everyone who works in this agency and for this agency is horrible. I have been for 2 years with rainwater falling from the ceiling and house lights (very dangerous) humidity and cracks in the walls due to water leakage. I tried in every way to get help from them, I sent emails, videos, photos ... etc. but they never wanted to repair the damage. Their builder Rob is rude, tried to intimidate me many times, came home while I was alone and screamed at me just because I'm a woman, I always paid the rent even though maybe I could have stopped, I started to suffer from anxiety, even the emails they sent me were absurd and meaningless. I would just like to share my experience with the hope that it will not happen to others ... be careful and above all to the deposit, after all that I spent in that flat they tried to take money for absurd things, such as limestone at the fountain. I was renting an apartment in Cavendish Road and I do not recommend this company as a letting agent. I had several problems like a window that was not opening and was never repaired; one day I was sleeping and someone open the front door in the property without any consent and even knocking; and when I gave my notification to end the agreement the agency started to refurbish the apartment, when it was still under our contract with no further notice and with my personal staff inside the apartment....
