Clearly it’s not a professional team!
If you already have offers on the table and the landlord doesn’t wanna accept someone offers (even if it’s higher offer) who’s in chain then why you call them for a viewing if you know they are in chain? Why you have to play with people and not being honest and don’t waste someone’s time if they don’t even have a chance? So absurd!

I can’t recommend this estate agents highly enough. I’ve dealt with a lot of estate agents in the past and Nick was by far the best. I appreciated his direct and honest approach and he went above and beyond on my house sale. Nick is very hard-working and approachable and their fee was much more reasonable than other local estate agents.
