My experience is terrible and would not recommend as they have horrendous customer care. I moved in 5weeks ago and already screaming to leave. I currently rent an apartment with them witch is now riddled with damp and mould. Bedroom and bathroom effected terribly I have had to replace my bed with a new one. The bathroom is more mouldy than it is clean. I have submitted numerous emails to leave and called up regular and I have been ignored by emails. And when called they just say "2weeks" everything is always 2weeks later. I have got a housing officer reviewing my case and has agreed that I need to leave as its not healthy for myself or my partner. Singleton homes are extremely slow and do nothing to help tenants. The quicker I leave the better. DO NOT USE SINGLETONS!... Read more
