A very pleasant experience from the outset. The manager did an appraisal and at my request arranged for a gardener to come to tidy up the front and rear garden (who made a brilliant job giving the property an improved kerb appeal) We had a good number of viewings in a relatively short period of time and received several offers very quickly. The estate agency staff were all friendly and helpful and kept me informed during the whole selling process. Overall the service they provided was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend.... After watching the recent Panorama exposé on estate agents, I feel compelled to share my experience with Ryder Dutton, which has been the complete opposite of those dubious practices. Jamie C has handled our property sale with exceptional professionalism from day one. What stands out: No pressure selling - Never pushed us to use their solicitors or mortgage brokers Transparent communication - Every update has been clear and honest Balanced approach - When survey issues arose, Jamie C worked fairly with both parties rather than pushing for a quick sale Genuine service - Focused on achieving the best outcome, not chasing referral fees In an industry plagued by conditional selling and conflicts of interest, Ryder Dutton operates with real integrity. After trying Strike (twice) farrow & farrow and Coppenwall, who all overpromised and under delivered, Ryder & Dutton were a breath of fresh air. Graham and his team worked well together to ensure a speedy sale. Answering the phone to new enquiries is key. This is the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They were unhelpful, unenthusiastic, uninterested, snobby and stuck up. They did not help us in our enquiry of a property we were interested in, were very negative throughout the process and did not offer us any other properties that they thought might be suitable. Overall they delivered terrible customer service, the worst I have ever received.... Read more
