I contacted Slater Brooking for a valuation with a view to selling my home. From start to finish they we professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
They provided a thorough valuation quickly showing a specific interest in my property rather than a generic one size fits all approach, they explained the reasoning behind the valuation as well as their proposed approach to marketing the property and achieving the best possible value for me. They were not pushy with me to try and persuade me to market my property with them and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly.
Within 2 days of the property going live they had arranged numerous accompanied viewings with the same person who had valued the house and had the best knowledge of its features. Less than a week later the sale was agreed and they had put me in contact with a solicitor to carry out the conveyancing. Throughout the sale process they have kept me in the loop and always been available to answer my questions and offer advice and explanations.
Overall I'm very please with the service they've provided and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family

From the initial meeting with Harry, to James' brilliant photos and film of our property, including coming back to photograph the garden on a sunny day, the experience has been first class. Slater Brooking made a stressful situation bearable. They are both kind, compassionate, helpful and efficient. The house sold quickly and for that we're grateful. Highly recommended!

I was a little wary at first about using an agent without a 'high Street' presence but I needn't have worried. Slater Brooking's service is excellent overall, the staff are friendly an approachable, they answer phone calls and call back when they say they will - rare these days I find. I recently bought a property through these agents, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. When I was handed the keys, I found the property in an appalling condition. It was left extremely dirty, with damages that were conveniently hidden during the viewing by strategic decoration. I have pictures to prove how they left the property.
Despite reporting this issue, the agents showed a complete lack of concern and responsibility. Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly do not care about their clients once the sale is completed.
People, please be cautious with these fraudulent agents. They are not recommended at all. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

We viewed a property with James and were so impressed with his professionalism and enthusiasm that we switched to Slater Brooking to sell our own. Within days of this decision we had some stunning photos of our home taken and on the market. Another day or two and we had an acceptable offer that was above asking price!
Harry was also amazing in coming to appraise our property and both he and James were very easy to get in touch with.
