DO NOT LET PROPERTY WITH THS+ESE GUYS.
Absolute bunch of liars, Failed to collect the rentals from the tenant on several occasions only coming out with excuses and carried on charging 10% service charge.
Finally managed to get the tenant evicted, was promised all the money will be recouped and failing to adhere to his principles and words.

The worst property management company in Bolton. DO NOT give your property to this business for any sort of rental management unless you want to spend most of your time chasing the money you're owed. In the few years they've managed the property all we've had is issues after issues.
Even if you want to stop them managing your property, they will do anything and everything to stop you from being able to do so.
Do yourself a favour and avoid like the plague!

The worst estate agents . Nice to your face when you move in .promise you the world .but when there is a problem dnt want to know . Staff are rude and put the phone dwn on you or dnt answer. I paid for all my own property maintenance then there still trying to take my deposit . Stay away folks dnt be fooled by the fake reviews !!!

My husband has used this company to rent our house out for over 2 years. Every month he has to constantly chase, if you don't chase, you don't get your money, and even then we get paid mostly every 2 months rather than monthly. Whilst the staff are friendly, the service is shocking. Also pricing is outdated and overpriced given that many competitors charge much less than 10%, and you probably wouldn't need to chase them all of the time.

Prompt reliable service. Property was very clean with new carpets when we moved it. A couple of issues were encountered early on it the tenancy but these were resolved very promptly and professionally by sovereign estates. Amazing service. Many Thanks to all the staff at sovereign estates.

Went to meet max who was my letting agent for 8 years in my rental home. Went to see him for past paperwork. He is an absolute gentleman and as many who know and dealt with him will agree he will go out of his way to help anyone. Whether you want to deal with a sale or rental, Max and his company Sovereign estates are really above all competitors. They truly are in a league of there own.

Awful estate agents! Avoid at all costs! They don’t solve problems and are rude when it comes to dealing with customers. They cut the call on me abruptly. Don’t use these estate agents otherwise you’re going to be hassled and no issues will be dealt with. I don’t think they even deserve a 1 star rating!! Absolutely disgusted
