Through a recommendation from one of our directors, on August 2022, we switched our management services to Space Management. The building looked neglected, our lift had irrevocably broken down, and constant leaks affected the top floor and the garden flats. I was unsure if anyone would have taken us on, but SM did. They are going through all the problems and addressing them systematically, paying great attention to our needs and budget. Their communication is excellent, and so is their expertise. We still have a long way to go with our building, but I trust we are in good hands.

Space Management LLP who manage the block of flats adjacent to my property committed a criminal offence by forcibly removing and damaging my fence trellis without my permission or prior notice. According to my property deeds, I own this fence boundary and I have forwarded them the original invoices for the fence and the trellis they destroyed to prove my ownership. I have sent them an invoice for the repair cost via email and post including my bank details. However, they failed to transfer the money within the given timeframe. Tristan Cogswell, a partner at Space Management who thinks he is above the law, confirmed his responsibility for the damage through a written email and a recorded telephone conversation where he spelt his full name and email address over the phone. According to the Criminal Damage Act 1971, Space Management LLP committed a criminal damage offence which is currently being dealt with by my lawyer. Space Management LLP is currently being reported to the Property Ombudsman, National Trading Standard Agency Team (NTSEAT) and the Property Redress Scheme for their malpractice and breaching the law and the ethics of estate agents.

I've moved several times throughout London and this place is by far the best agency I've ever dealt with. If you are looking to move, I highly suggest you register with them and hope that they get something in the area you're looking at.
Anna is a rare gem when it comes to agents! Honest and helpful...even for competitive flats listed with multiple agencies...she got me a better price compared to the other agency (for the flat I eventually decided on).
Throughout my several years with them, Space Management were always prompt when dealing with any issues. The entire process from moving in to moving out was entirely a hassle-free experience.

I rented a student flat through Space Management for 2 and a half years. They were great at check in and check out, answered any queries promptly and left us alone for the remainder of the time! They were professional, helpful and clearly cared about their customers. Finally, dealing with the deposit was a very easy and open conversation, resulting in no hidden/money-grabbing deductions. By far the best experience I've had renting in London! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Rented a flat with Space Management for 4 years and a half. The check in process was straight forward, very responsive whenever there was something faulty in the flat ( electrical/ plumbing ) .Viewings and check out process went smoothly as well. I would happily recommend Space Management as a trustful letting agency.

my sons rent a flat through Space management and recently have had numerous maintenance issues regarding heating , hot water , washing machine etc . They are very grateful to Tristan for sorting out these problems when under a lot of pressure . It's a difficult balancing act keeping both landlords and tenants happy and its appreciated when a job is well done .
