Excellent service received from Adam at Pomp Properties. I instructed Adam to let my property. I had a very specific requirement and was left disappointed by 3 other well known estate agents in London. However, Adam was able to find a suitable tenant within a short period of time. Worst experience of my life.
If i started writing what they did not do I would never come to an end but the worst that happened is that I am currently locked outside the apartment that I pay for, because the battery of the key is not working anymore and they have not been able to substitute the key.
It's been two weeks I am locked outside the apartment.
The house is full of broken things they have been refusing to take care of. The shower is broken and falls on my head. The curtains are broken and the lights as well. The agency has done NOTHING but postponing.
Impolite, unresponsive, awful communication.

Very poor communication! The agent Joe disappeared right after viewing, and didn’t reply any messages or phone calls for many days. The office didn’t help me to get in touch with the agent as well, until the property was let by other estates.

Very bad agency. They lack professionality, and they are extremely dishonest.
They first lied to us about the terms of our lease, to try to make us sign a different contract that would have benefitted them.
While looking for a new tenant for the apartment we rented, they often showed up late or forget to say that meetings were cancelled, or set up viewings less than 24 hours (which was the minimum required by our contract)
Overall very poor quality and poor professionalism.
I had a particularly bad experience dealing with one employee called Zara, extremely rude on the phone, and ghosted me for weeks when i needed to have important information. (also, she was the one who lied to us about the details of our lease)

You have tried to scam my daughter that's why I am not your on client list. You mentioned some agency fees which you are not allowed to charged when she saw 1 bed property at pont street.
I am surprised that you are still able to have licence as estate agency. Your branch should have been shut for long time ago by local authority.

Currently in beginning of starting legal proceeding with them/ following the normal complaint process which will eventually lead us to ADR/ court as they are withholding my deposit . Did not keep their word on delivery of flat and found my self without a house. They will try to spin it on you.
1-Said my house will be delivered on a certain date (15th june)
2- didn't deliver the flat on the promised date (told me the day before only)
3- they said they are not liable for my delay and caused me to be homeless with my pet for some time without compensation.
after they have your holding deposit ( they withhold 700 of a deposit which initially should be legally only 350) they tried to spin it their way to they can keep it and are withholding it.
STAY AWAY

Happy to provide anyone with my complaints letter trail to prove they are correct.

Pomp Properties is definitely the best estate agents in Earls Court. My friends and I were looking for a 3 bed flat in Earls Court as we are students at Imperial College. Scam would be the best word to describe those parasites. Stay away! They never fix anything in the house. They broke in without notifying the tenants!! They created problems with checkout. They returned the deposit after 2 months!!
