I chose to instruct Stanford Grey to let my property after meeting with a few agents in the local area. As a first time landlord I was a bit anxious and Jayne really took the time to explain my obligations as a landlord, the legislations and, more importantly, how she would be taking care of all of that! Ended up having an in-depth conversation about the pro’s and con’s of a choice of potential tenants she found for us after doing some viewings, leading to a smooth moving in of our chosen couple - so we feel we’ve definitely made the right choice!

After recently refurbishing what used to be our family home to let out for the first time, I was understandably nervous about the whole process. From the initial valuation with Jayne we knew she was the right agent for us, she answered all of our questions as well as provide us with all the information and advice we needed to get the ball rolling. Within a few days we had the property listed and new tenants found. We are extremely impressed with the service we recieved and will definately be using Stanford Grey again in the future and highly recommend.

After refurbishing a property to a high specification we needed an agent we could trust. Jayne at Stanford Grey looked after our property like it was her own, finding us tenants she would be happy with as her own.
