Absolutely the worst service received. I don’t know how they manage any properties when all you get is a message will be sent and no one calls you back.
With any question you throw at them the response is “we will send off a message and someone will call you back shortly”! No one calls back! You have to call them to get answers which never change.
If you buy or rent in a property managed by them I would think twice about it before going ahead with the decision.
