Absolutely the worst service received. I don’t know how they manage any properties when all you get is a message will be sent and no one calls you back. With any question you throw at them the response is “we will send off a message and someone will call you back shortly”! No one calls back! You have to call them to get answers which never change. If you buy or rent in a property managed by them I would think twice about it before going ahead with the decision.... Read more

Since my tenants have been in my property the after service has also been fantastic with regular check ups. My direct debit goes into my bank account on time every month. A true test of any service provider is the efficient way they deal with problems. As a landlord for 7 years I have experienced the services of two Crawley letting agents, both were fine in their approach to finding tenants however when issues occurred with missed rental payments and the subsequent eviction Swan Property stepped up and provided extremely professional advice and service the exact opposite of the previous agent.
