Credit where credit is due, this Crawley team has got it right! I was looked after my Simon for the viewing and James during the purchase process. Simon was very polite, informative and most of all conscientious towards the vendor of the property which I really liked! James was on top form, I'm a very impatient person so it means a lot to me when I can pick up the phone, ask for Somone and they acctually come to the phone.. or call me straight back if they are out or on another line....I know sounds simple right..... James knew exactly what was going on, chased the chain when necessary and I felt he had it totally in control. Thanks for a great experience.

Brilliant Letting Agent. Taylor Robinson were very helpful in finding us a house to rent. Very easy to report any faults and they were always fixed quickly and withiout any fuss. They use an independent agency to provide a report on the condition of the property at the start and the end of the tenancy. Their report gave an accurate and impartial view - unlike some letting agents in Crawley. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
