Dealing with Ben and John for my rental property both have them have been fantastic, patient and answered all my queries. The process has been made simple and easy too. Ben also provided a second property viewing to take measurements for the furniture. The property keys were handed over in time on the the day of the move in. Ben also organised complimentary concierge services to explain all the pre-move in and organise energy, water, council and TV licensing. This was important to me for someone who is new to the country all these things can be overwhelming. I will highly recommend using Taylor Robinson for rental needs as a tenant. We had a few delays to the property due to the landlord doing renovations before we moved in but John and the team kept us updated all the way. Credit where credit is due, this Crawley team has got it right! I was looked after my Simon for the viewing and James during the purchase process. Simon was very polite, informative and most of all conscientious towards the vendor of the property which I really liked! James was on top form, I'm a very impatient person so it means a lot to me when I can pick up the phone, ask for Somone and they acctually come to the phone.. or call me straight back if they are out or on another line....I know sounds simple right..... James knew exactly what was going on, chased the chain when necessary and I felt he had it totally in control. Thanks for a great experience.
