AVOID THIS LAND AGENT AT ALL COSTS Unfortunately found myself in a situation where Landbridge was acting as land agent for the sale of a not insignificant asset. Their billing was utterly scandalous. They wanted an enormous % of the sale when compared to other agents, and were charging an extortionate hourly rate on top. All in they were around 100% more expensive than the going market rate. Added to this the billing was extremely opaque and arbitrary (think 1 hour to write a one line email). To call this outfit a bunch of grifters would be too kind. How they can get away with being a member of RICS is beyond me? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.... Read more

Spoke to the lettings department and arranged a viewing for a property in Campsea Ashe. We went well out of our way to see this property as quickly as possible and we were the first to arrange a viewing. Upon arriving we were told the house had been viewed by someone just 15 minutes prior. So basically they had snuck in front of us. When we left the property viewing we immediately called up to say we wanted to proceed although we were told the property had gone and that the previous people had taken it. We had our time completely wasted by these people and the snotting lady on the end of the phone was no help at all. I genuinely felt this was fixed and that somehow the people that viewed before us were linked in some way to estate agency. Conspiracy aside, this estate agency is a pompous, nose up type of place and clearly won't last long in the field with these tactics. Avoid!... Read more
