We had an extremely positive experience in buying through S+P. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

I found Sharnie and Sophia totally professional to work with. They were proactive and found a buyer for my house where others hadn't. I was most impressed with the brochure and the online ad they prepared and the photos for both were excellent.
Definitely not your average waistcoat and cravatte wearing estate agents but that's for the good in my book!

We used Sharnie & Sophia to successfully sell our house last year. From the initial visit for the valuation to the completion of the sale they held our hand the whole way through. They were very proactive in selling our house & didn't just wait for the internet & Rightmove to do their job for them.
They were most supportive through the whole process & especially the problems caused by Covid-19
We are not planning on moving house for many years to come but would use them again in a heartbeat.

I wanted to review Strutt & Parker & say how professional all the staff were when we were house hunting at the beginning of this year. Their advice & help were greatly valued by us as we were planning a move to Suffolk from London. We didn't end up buying a property through them however I felt like they truly needed a mention in our quest to escape to the country. Everyone we met were friendly & approachable with expect knowledge of the areas & were always willing to guide us through the journey of changing homes & locations. BIG thank you to all the guys at S&P you will always be remembered with great fondness.

As buyers we found this agency to be quite reactive and a little frosty to deal with... not informing us that a house we were going to see had been sold until I went to confirm the appt 1 hr before hand. Etc.
