We used Sharnie & Sophia to successfully sell our house last year. From the initial visit for the valuation to the completion of the sale they held our hand the whole way through. They were very proactive in selling our house & didn't just wait for the internet & Rightmove to do their job for them. I wanted to review Strutt & Parker & say how professional all the staff were when we were house hunting at the beginning of this year. Their advice & help were greatly valued by us as we were planning a move to Suffolk from London. We didn't end up buying a property through them however I felt like they truly needed a mention in our quest to escape to the country. As buyers we found this agency to be quite reactive and a little frosty to deal with... not informing us that a house we were going to see had been sold until I went to confirm the appt 1 hr before hand. Etc.... Read more
