Shocking service. Failed to tell me my buyer's funds were subject to probate or that there was a related sale. This meant I couldn't make an informed choice. They belittled me for not using their preferred conveyancers. They made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. Avoid.

Karen was absolutely brilliant at managing the purchase of a property that I recently completed on. She was usually always available when I called, quick to reply on emails and extremely helpful in chasing up the relevant parties. I very much appreciated her patience too when it came to my never ending questions about the process - thank you Karen!

The sales team at Grace worked tirelessly to achieve the sale of our property. On the ball at all times to ensure excellent interagency communication, up and down the chain. We would highly recommend them.
At the same time the lettings team also signed up a great tenant for one of our rental properties. We also benefited from using their maintenance man for decorating throughout for us to ensure a quick turnaround.
We highly recommend a great agency.

I was buying a house from Karen and it was a pleasure. Karen has a friendly nature, fantastic communications, replies quickly to emails, to chats and answers the phone, and call you back when she says she will, which is not common for agents. This is really important and made the process quick and painless. I would highly recommend Karen from Grace.

Grace Estate Agents were a pleasure to deal with for my recent property purchase. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well as efficient. Any query was dealt with straight away and any request I made for a call back were responded to promptly. I just wish I had used them to sell my property in Felixstowe as well so I would highly recommend them especially Karen as she certainly goes the extra mile for clients.

We bought a property sold through Grace. Although the chain was short, one party was difficult. Karen Ward showed initiative , persistence and commitment to hold everything together and ultimately ensue the chain did not collapse. Karen went above and beyond. She proved that she knows what it takes to get a deal over the line

I was very pleased with my first interaction with Sophia. She responded to my emails promptly and remained professional unfortunately that’s the only good thing about grace estate. I called to reschedule my house viewing and the male individual who answered was rude, snarky and very unprofessional. I’m glad i was able to see this side of Grace estate before doing business with them.
