I was forced to live with rats for months and would not sort the problem as soon as I left they put it straight back onto the market I see this property come up on the market every six months due to the same rat problem I’m guessing terrible company! Very unresponsive. They never email back to say they have received your email. They don't even log your complaints. You call and they tell you they will get back to you but they don't. They try to gaslight you to suggest your problem isn't a problem at all. The worst is when they are childish enough to say you should leave or they will kick you out when you demand a repair be done.
