They don't care about customer service at all, once they take your money you are just ignored, can't even hand in keys and had to make multiple attempts to turn them in and are closed during opening hours, no replies to emails, messages or phone calls. Wouldn’t recommend. There’s little to no communication once they’ve received payments, I’ve been trying to get hold of the office for a week with no success. “Opening hours” are a joke, they are never open during that time, I’ve had to hand in my keys to the cafe next door but received no communication to confirm they’ve received them. Every time I’ve gone to the office with an issue with either the house or housemates, their answer is “nothing we can do” so absolutely useless.... Read more

These people are absolutely awful! Barely any communication apart from their impromptu inspections, and are regularly closed during their “open hours” meaning I couldn’t return my keys upon moving out so they had to be handed in to the cafe next door... Read more

Fuming. They claim majority of the deposit for damages that never occurred during our tenancy. After attempting to discuss the claims they threatened to put us for court proceedings which they know students can't afford. If you go with them you won't get your money back and management of the property during your stay is terrible as they are very disorganised.... Read more

I can not even begin to describe how appalling and completely unprofessional this management service has been. If you are a landlord considering letting your property with this company, BEWARE. In fact, if you are are tenant looking to let a property from them, BEWARE. They are liars, negligent and completely unorganised. Having to mop up a complete mess left by this company has been extremely stressful and has cost me significant time, energy and money. And after voicing my concerns on multiple occasions and making a formal complaint, they couldn’t care less.... Read more

Terrible professionalism. They do not take pride in doing things properly for you. Their staff are few family members, so make their own kinda rules and skip actual proper standards. I actually had the council involved to issue repair directive, other stuff then got quashed, buried and forgotten about. Staff do get the stars though.... Read more

The list of problems with this agency is extensive. Below I will try and detail some of the problems my fellow housemates and I have encountered. 1. Completely unprofessional. When making a verbal complaint I've had staff raise their voice at me, talk over me and talk down to me. 2. Have had workmen allowed into our house without twenty four hours notice(which is a breach of the tenancy agreement) Also this means if any of the workmen steal from your property you have no written record they were ever present. This could cause you to blame your fellow housemates and also leaves you without a leg to stand on in court. 3. House is very mouldy and no steps have been taken thus far to rectify it. 4. All work in the house is shoddily done. Doors hung incorrectly, flooring layed unproffessionaly, floor unlevel in the bathroom and much more. 5. Had live electrical wires hanging out of my wall in my room when I moved in. 6. Lock on my door didn't work when I moved in. 7. Door frame on one of the rooms had been cut so that a credit card can now easily be used to open the yale lock. This is by no means a comprehensive list. Avoid at all costs. Do not give these people a penny.... Read more

We complained about issues with flat that were never fixed, they approved improper ventilation that could have potentially ended everyone in the flat. Withheld deposit for imaginary damages for months after move out date, which happened 2 years in a row. Friendly people but would not recommend using at all.... Read more
