I obtained Hoskins and Johnsons estate agent details from Get Agent and i have not been disappointed my house was sold within 6 weeks of going on the market (completed) for 96% of the original asking price. Within 2 weeks i had numerous viewings and 6 offers all of which were professionally handled by Hoskins and Johnson Hoskins and Johnson evaluated all the offers and provided me with a breakdown of pros and cons of each offer which allowed me to make the choice on which to accept. Friendly, professional and very effective way to sell a house well done Hoskins and Johnson.

Kayleigh at Hoskins and Johnson worked tirelessly to ensure that when my property sold, the sale moved as quickly and efficiently as possible, helping and advising me every step of the way. The whole team were entirely professional from day one when Ian came out to value the house, always on hand, swiftly answering any emails I sent. Their price was one of the cheapest in the area to sell the house too, though this wasn’t the only reason I chose them, they had confidence in my property and a superb local knowledge of the area, this was the main reason I chose to put my house on the market with them, along with the location of their shop and the social media sites they use to advertise their properties with and I am so glad I did! Thanks for a super fast job in amidst a pandemic guys!

A+++Excellent estate agent. I rented and eventually brought a house from Hoskins and Johnson. I've had a few estate agents over the years and these have been one of the best agents, often a step ahead of the solicitors. Also helping me find a suitable mortgage broker. I was a first time buyer and I do believe if they; especially Kayleigh hadn't been so on the ball, I might not have had my lovely home. It was made easy for me. Thankyou for all your help. I'm so grateful.

I have used Hoskins & Johnson on many occasions for both rental accommodation and house sales. I find them to be very professional and reasonable with their fees.
Im currently selling my own property with them at the moment.
