Worst estate I have ever dealt with, a bunch of thieves. Don't worth to get in, just avoid. If you meet Malik Alfaiaz, Dounia or Adam Arkus on any other estate like Parkes Estate, just turn away. They are same thieves from swt properties.

Avoid. They left me living for months in the flat infested with mice that would get in through a whole behind the kitchen counter. They never fixed the problem so I left the property at the end of the contract.
They even tried to get their hands on the deposit for no reason. The adjudicator ended up giving all my money back as they did not provide any proof of the damage they were claiming.
Total scam.

By far the worst estate agents I’ve dealt with. They either harass you with calls (even received a call from Dounia to see if we’d be removing our belongings from rented property on check-out date!) or they just ignore you completely.
Very unprofessional and cowardly.

A friendly, professional and attentive agency that have been helpful through the process from viewings through to tenancy.
I found SW7 Properties team to be very genuine which is rather a unique trait to hold (in my experience of letting agents). Indeed one of the agents, Dounia is exceptional. Dounia took us on our first viewing of the property where we currently live. Dounia had exceptional knowledgeable of the property, the location and had a very professional and caring approach, she was a breath of fresh air in contrast to the agents we have come across at other agencies. Great agent thank you guys.
