Renting through Lurot Brand was an incredibly seamless and comprehensive experience. We had the keys in less than a week. Frankie, our agent, met with us twice in one day at the property. The second meeting was very last minute, but she was still extremely accommodating. From the get-go, she was easy to work with and very helpful. We made an offer on a Friday evening, and Frankie worked between us and the landlords to ensure everything was done, and we had the keys in just 3.5 working days. What I appreciated most was Frankie’s communication. She sent updates even when there wasn’t a definitive answer, which made us feel like she was genuinely tracking the process and moving things along as quickly as possible. Not only was she always available for any and all questions, but she remained calm and professional at every turn. I would 100% recommend Lurot Brand. It truly couldn’t have been a smoother process.
