The reviews here for this agency doesn’t belong to this letting agency at all. For 16 months i was a tenant in one of their properties and they are just terrible, hold your deposit, rush while signing contract and gives you false information. Hides the major flaws in the property and when you report it, they will just ignore or will ask you to move out in case you are unhappy. No compensation or any sympathy for your terrible experience except mocking your situation and ripping you off Please AVOID at all costs... Read more

Absolutely disgusting company! Swindon sales and lettings also known as Easymoove. We rented a 2 bed flat with them starting last September ending March 2021. The service we received was unprofessional and sometimes intimidating and threatening. Any issues with the property I’d email them to try and sort out but they just keep you waiting for weeks if not months. They had the cheek to say I was the worst tenant they ever had because I was reporting genuine problems and was following advice from trading standards. When we moved in we was told by Rhys that the flat was safe and the flat had passed the electrical safety test.. 1 month on that very electrician came out and he told us that the flat is not safe and he made the agents fully aware that the flat wasn’t safe to live in and work needed to be carried out before anyone moved in. We had an issue with mould (apparently our fault) The window handle in the bedroom was broken (apparently our fault) The washer dryer was faulty (our fault) We had shelves up in the bedroom and where we used polyfiller to repair the wall it was tricky to paint over as we couldn’t find the correct shade of paint. We offered to repaint the entire flat ourselves but they refused and charged us £500!! They sent us a letter to say they want to increase the rent from £675 to £750 and gave us the option to opt in or out.. obviously we’re opting out. When I hand delivered the letter to the office I instructed the director Keith that I will be taking legal action if I don’t receive my deposit back in which the whole office just sat there and laughed.. not very professional! Have made trading standards aware of the way they operate and the issues with the flat and they are investigating. Since us leaving the flat they have let it out for £700 along with all the same problems! I suffer with Borderline Personality Disorder so having issues that are not being dealt with then having to receive the abuse I did from the agents put a lot of stress on me! The only nice agent was jade! If you want to pay for a decent property with your hard worked money please please avoid these agents! If I could give them less than 1 star then I would! I’ve still got all the pictures from before we moved in and the day we was moving out and also a recording of the agent to prove exactly what happened on the day he came to inspect! Trading standards have this information!... Read more

I was a tenant in Swindon. I had a great support from Rhys. The room I stayed was great. The house was all right ( a bit messy and dirty) there was no arrangement regarding how to keep the house organized and a cleaning plan between the tenants.... The location was also good, right in the city center. Afte I left the room I received my deposit without any issue... I totally recommend ....... Read more

Waited 6 weeks for the heating to be fixed in a property (including hot water) during december 2018. Recently moved out on the 27th requested the deposit back on that very day, after requesting they do a room inspection with me before I leave. Havent received anything back from them since they said they would test the fire alarms in Feb 2019. Please for the love of god, AVOID.... Read more

I would personally avoid and use a real estate agent. They are friendly and very helpful when they want you to sign a contract. Since I signed the paperwork I have been with them for nearly a year and find it very hard work when they avoid your emails and phone calls and not deal with on going issues they are aware off...
