Three years ago, I initially rejected some potential tenants, but Chancellors advised me not to judge them based on their earnings and need for a zero deposit. I reluctantly agreed and opted for their full management service since I live abroad. They failed miserable at managing the property, leaving most things to me and now, I'm dealing with £25k in damages, bills opened in my name, and debt collectors at my door looking them! Not happy with letting side of business. I signed letting agreement and cancelled in 5 working days. Agency have not done any shows and asking me to pay full bill of 750£ for doing nothing for me. I found tenants myself and was not happy on such attitude towards me. Please don't ever sign any letting agreements with them, because they do sole agency and trying to have eclusivity for 12 weeks. And even work is not done try to bill you and harrass with this.... Read more
