To start off with, I had to call them multiple times to get through to a human to book an appointment, when the day came around, we drove 1 hour 30 mins to see the property only for noone to show up to show us around, when we called them they said the agent arrived there, which was false but they couldn't get through to her and said they'd call us back if they were to reach her. 5 mins nothing. I called them back they said they'd call me back and to stay put where I was. Nothing. It is now an hour and 15 mins since that last call and every call attempt I have made has been blocked and sent to voicemail, Hailey was supposed to be the person meeting us. I don't feel they care about their customers or even potential customers.

I have been a tenant with this estate agents since April, all good until after I moved in, reporting problems is a big issue, no one seems to answer the phone and when they do they say they will call back and never do?
Also they don't write anything down to reference the conversation, I have emailed and I have called no one responds, I have asked to make a complaint and no one takes ownership, absolutely disgraceful service.

We bought recently with Belvoir and I have to say that the service we received from Poppy was outstanding. She was on top of everything from the minute we put in an offer, and kept us informed every step of the way, regularly badgering both sides' solicitors to make sure that the process ran smoothly. We encountered a couple of small problems and these were ironed out quickly and competently. I would happily recommend Belvoir.

All dealings with Belvoir were via Poppy who was brilliant. My initial enquiry phonecall was followed by a meeting at the property I wanted to sell about 20 minutes later!
Poppy's enthusiasm and energy did not tail off throughout the sale process. Progression updates were always regular and thorough. She was always available to chase/discuss/answer questions.
Our previous sale, with another estate agent, fell through. I'm so glad we chose to go with.. Belvoir.
