I bought, rented out and then sold a property all via Parkers Swindon. I would highly recommend them as opposed to another larger estate agent in Swindon that I use. Parkers is a small closely knit team which means there's genuine accountability as it's always the same people dealing with your case (as opposed to getting handed off to various call centres/departments). They are personable, professional and knowledgeable and again certainly more honest than the other Swindon estate agent I've used. Big thanks Glynn and team. If I'm ever on the hunt for another property in Swindon I'll defo be looking you up.

I had to watch my sister cry her eyes out this morning after being rudely spoken to by a member of staff at this agency.
She is desperate to find somewhere for her, her partner, and 3 kids (3yrs, 2yrs, 8mth) to live that they can afford on her partners wages. The housing situation in Swindon is a desperate nightmare at the moment. Affordable 3 beds are like gold dust. The council can only offer a hotel room if she can't find anywhere, and there are already multiple families in swindon who have been in hotel accommodation for 6mths plus who would be helped first.
She called Parkers to enquire about a 2 bed that was listed last night just around the corner from our mums, and felt immediately judged and discriminated against for wanting to sleep her 2 boys in one room, and her, her partner and the baby in the other.
I believe one of the comments made in a snooty manner was 'well why would you want to put 3 children in a 2 bedroom property'.
Well - if we could all afford mansions that would be great, but the rest of us are in survival mode.
Not at all impressed with the attitude of the staff representing this agency.

I actually moved my house sale to Parker’s from another Swindon estate agent as I was not happy with the service I originally received. Parker’s, however, came up trumps - despite a quite lengthy and difficult sales process due to bad luck, they energetically persevered in marketing my property until it was sold. In addition, good communication was maintained throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

When things don't go right that's the time when a company really shows what they're made of. For no fault of Parkers we had all kinds of issues with our transaction, every single step they were there to help us get over each of the bumps in the road that we came across. always on the end of the phone always very constructive and helpful and often were able to move things along through their skill and knowledge of what they were doing. In all honesty I cannot recommend them highly enough. Especially Glynn, who was utterly outstanding and a real rock through this protracted and difficult process.

We switched to Parkers having had a bad experience with a well established large Swindon agent. Despite initial reservations that they were smaller and did not have an office local to us (North Swindon) the experience has been nothing but a positive one. In fact I would say it proved to be a bonus. Our house was being viewed by genuinely interested and qualified buyers as opposed to being part of block viewings to buyers for whom our house was clearly not right for.
They were in contact with us regularly, providing fact based feedback on how the house was performing and being viewed on line. They were very personable and provided sound advice, always open to our suggestions. They handled every single viewing and have remained in constant contact with ourselves and our solicitors from start to finish. I would not hesitate in recommending Glynn, Mike and the team at Parkers and would definitely use them again. Don’t be drawn into the bright lights and modern offices of the larger estate agents; Parkers have been the best we have used in Swindon to date.

Parkers have been amazing during the whole process of buying a house. What could have been a very stressful purchase was made a much better experience with Deb in constant communication with all parties.
