This is not my first experience with Swindon Homes and Simon and deffinetly not the last. Great service from the start to finish. Very professional, responsive, friendly. Nothing was too much trouble specially for Steve who is great. He kept me in the loop and was really on it, I was under a tight time scale and he went out of her way to make sure everything was sorted for when I needed.Yopu can npot ask for more. If you are looking for good service .. look no futher! Thank you

I was so pleased with the help and advice I received from Swindon Homes, specifically from Stephen. Nothing was too much trouble, I found everyone I spoke to helpful.
I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to sell their home.

Tried to contact them but are just bunch of rude incompetent people working. Dont seem to care for the customers/ with their queries.
landlords should be looking elsewhere for better served agents. I would have rented out a place advertised on the website but will not proceed with such rude agents.

We bought our 1st house in 2017 with Swindon Homes as the agent and we were very pleased with the service we received.
Three years on, we sold out house with them and received the same excellent service at the start of the listing. We accepted an offer and proceeded with the sale. It was later when Swindon Homes excelled in service beyond all expectations. It turns out that selling your home is the easy bit. Dealing with solicitors and buyers to complete the sale within a chain is a pain!
Steve managed the sale and the communication between the solicitors and buyers in such a professional and effective style. He was upfront and honest throughout the process and very prompt with chasing and communicating new information.
They are a smaller company, though they personally invest themselves in your business and provide a high end quality service.
Sam, Steve and Simon are all a pleasure to deal with. We cannot recommend this company enough. If we were to move property again, there is no doubt about it, we will be asking Steve to help us out. Do not underestimate the value of a good agent when selling your home, we could not have achieved our sale on onward purchase in the time we did if Steve wasn’t driving the process for us.
They even posted a package to us that was delivered after we had move to out of our property. They really do look for opportunities to add value to their service. It’s almost a shame that we have now concluded our business.
We can’t thank them enough. Save yourself the hassle. Take your business to Sam, Steve and Simon.

Having used several other local agents and being disappointed, Swindon Homes were absolutely superb. From the initial expert advice, photos and efficiency of all contact in between, every aspect was top notch. They are a real pleasure to deal with, whilst clearly carrying a wealth of knowledge. Simon provided top notch service with my property purchase. Even though we encountered many issues with the purchase (nothing to do with Swindon Homes). Simon remained extremely helpful, responsive and professional throughout the purchase doing everything he can to resolve the issues. I would highly recommend Swindon Homes.
