Rather strange how two families some 130 miles apart who would ordinarily have no connection whatsoever are both involved in an ongoing MURDER CONSPIRACY purely for substantial financial reasons should both be clients of The Wilkes Partnership. The reasons either being to eliminate the benefactor of a will or to profit substantially from a forged life. Insurance policy. Rang them because bungalow with one of their signs wasn't on their website. Admitted that it had been temporarily taken off the market due to severe water damage. Declined to take my details so that I could be informed when it goes back on the market - just advised me to check every few months. Put this down to market conditions. As these properties normally sell very quickly they obviously can't be bothered to let me know.... Read more

Poor service, poor communication, solicitor is unprofessional over charged me and only found out when complaint raised and even complaint response was dismissive of how I felt and the experience I had. They had also sent me someone else’s documents and even when returned to them they cannot find them! Have ruined the experience for us as first time buyers... Read more
