After reading some comments here, I felt I had to describe my experience of the company.
From my first dealings with Target Property Services, almost a year ago, I have to say that I have always found Nigel, Michael and Jessica to be the most professional, courteous and diligent people I have ever dealt with.
So much so that I actually purchased my first buy to let through them, had them fully manage it for me and am now in the process of them selling it for me.
Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they will go out of their way to assist in any way that they can.
If you are considering using Target Property Services, all I can say is please don't hesitate you won't regret it.... Read more

We believe that everyone in life has the “right to reply” – including Estate Agents!
Firstly, we do not know, and we have never had, any business dealings with anyone named “Tim Jones”. We have been advised that “he” is probably an internet troll, who has obviously been trolling our company, for no apparent good reason, and quite possibly many other companies, for his web pleasure and amusement.
Secondly, regarding our previous tenant Ms. French’s comments, we state, quite categorically, that we act solely for, and our total allegiance is to, our clients in all instances, in this case our Landlords.
We will always work most diligently, and extremely hard, to protect both our sale and rental client’s interests, in this instance to endeavour and make sure, that every rental property is handed back, by each tenant, at the end of their tenancy, in basically the same condition as it was when the tenancy first commenced.
As you would expect, this also means that every item of furniture, and equipment, supplied by the Landlord, at the beginning of the tenancy, as detailed on both our written inventory, and CD produced photographic schedule of condition, which we supply copies of to both the tenant and the Landlord, for their agreement, signature, and retention, are still all there, and undamaged, at our final check out inspection.
The successful sequel to this rental property’s story is that, after Ms. French’s tenancy ended, we re-rented the flat, almost immediately, to a lovely young couple, who moved into the property very quickly, and who benefited from a brand new fully fitted kitchen having been installed, at the Landlords expense, just before their tenancy commenced.
For the record, our Landlord clients were absolutely thrilled and delighted with our very quick, swift, and decisive, marketing actions on their behalf, which financially ensured a continuous flow of monthly rental income for them, at a difficult time just before Christmas, which they were extremely grateful to us for.
Of course, we still act for them, on a fully managed agency basis. We have done so for nearly 5 years, and we look forward to continuing to do so for many years to come!

In the four years I rented a property with target it was okay not brilliant Nigel was very sympathetic when I couldn't get the landlady to spend any money on the property or when she blamed repairs on my son. I asked if I could make some changes to the property myself ,which she granted. As I was doing the changes I found asbestos , I paid for it to be remove myself never questioned it. When Nigel came round for an inspection I told him about the asbestos, told him I had it removed. When I decided to move out Nigel was fine at first showing people round the property, which I had just finished decorating he couldn't be more pleasant. Until his last inspection, I don't no wether he realised he wasn't getting any more money from me ,but all of a sudden the politeness and the pleasantries stopped he was very unprofessional rude and abrupt, and denied all knowledge of the asbestos denied we ever had a conversation about it. So I would never recommend Target Property Services to any one.... Read more
