Hugely stressful experience with no sale at the end. Agent had the 'sold' sign up before the solicitors had the details. Poor to no communication, didn't reply to calls or emails and changed his story every time we spoke to him. I would not use this Agent again or recommend him.

I would definitely recommend Coral and Tom, TAUK. I spoke to Tom initially and he was extremely helpful in explaining the process from start to finish and booked us in. We then met Coral, who came and valued our property. Coral made time to talk us through the valuation and answered all our questions, putting us at ease at every step.
Marcus, their professional photographer, is fantastic and took some great photos!
Luke has been brilliant throughout. He's been on hand to offer advice and guidance at every step! Nothing is ever too much trouble and communication is second to none.

When he came to do the photographs, which were brilliant, he actually brought a drone to do overhead shots! Which did not happen when my girlfriend employed her large country wide estate agent.

Right from the start you can see that Tony is going to be good with prospective buyers. He is an experienced agent who is personable, enthusiastic, and has a real interest in the property.
He is the one who lists the property, oversees the photography and conducts the viewings, and he does all of this exceptionally well.
What you see is what you get – and what you get is a hard working and reliable agent that gives you the confidence that the marketing of your property is in good hands.
The big difference between Tony and most other agents (and we have dealt with quite a few over the years) is that he doesn’t just list the property – he sells it – and to round it all off, he is a nice guy to do business with.

Don't touch with a barge pole. Not to be trusted. I have just pulled out of a bungalow purchase for my daughter due to the refusal of the sellers to fix a significant number of electrical faults (some dangerous) highlighted in the EICR together with other hidden issues discovered in the Survey. The Ta agent had no qualms remarketing the property the very next day at the same price in the hope of course that another purchaser would be dumb enough to buy without pursuing a Survey or EICR and the Sellers would misdeclare the electrical issues to their solicitors.

We had the pleasure to work with Liam Crowle in the Par, Cornwall area. Liam was extremely knowledgeable, clued in on the local area and how to market the property to its best effect. The property was uploaded Thurs evening and by Monday afternoon, e.g. 4 days later we had received 6 viewings and an offer over the starting price. This experience far outweighed our expectations and Liam is a real pro in an industry that can been seen as somewhat cut throat. Tony Wood is in one word Brilliant as an estate agent. We needed to sell my Dad’s house which had not been lived in for 18 months. Tony had proactively posted a letter through the door describing his estate agent credentials. Having not bought or sold a house in over 20 years we had the old image of an estate agent. Tony dispelled all the cliches, he is a fantastic professional with a real understanding of buyers and sellers needs, he did social media postings, drone videos etc etc. I could ramble on but all I will say is Tony should be your first choice as an estate agent as nothing is too much bother.

Through them we found our dream home - the fly in the ointment was that we had two properties to sell and time was not on our side. We sold both - one on the first viewing and one on the third.

Roberto is a fantastic agent. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property itself as well the neighbourhood.
Once we put an offer in he was proactive in getting this over the line. Always available when any parties needed to contact him and was diligent in all his work.
Roberto is clearly someone who takes him time to understand the vendor, the property and the buyer. He isn’t there to simply open a door, but talks through the property in its current state and the renovation potential too.

Tom has been the agent handling my house purchase. He has been proactive, approachable and nothing was too much trouble throughout what has been a ridiculously long process with plenty of bumps along the way.
He works for himself (as do I), and he has shown a clear incentive and accountability to get this sale / purchase completed, which is not something I have seen from any of the agents working for the bigger companies.
My sellers did very well to choose Tom for their sale- many would have gone mad or given up if it had been handled by a bigger company.
I would fully recommend Tom if you’re looking to sell.

We bought our house through Tony and can't recommend him enough. He isn't like your typical estate agent, he was very friendly, wasn't pushy and he allowed us time to look around the house properly without feeling rushed which in the current market was a really appreciated.
He was great throughout the whole purchase process keeping communication open in case we had any questions or concerns. I felt even though he was working for the seller he had everyone's best interest at heart.
If you are looking for an alternative to your typical high street estate agent, I would definitely suggest giving Tony a call.

Ross has recently helped us get an offer accepted on a property to purchase. From the first call I had with Ross, I could tell he was unlike other estate agents. He was down to earth, friendly and wasn't pushy at all. At the viewing he was knowledgeable about the local area, amenities, and the house. He was able to answer all the questions we had, and we appreciated that he gave us a full half an hour to view the property, rather than double booking us with other potential buyers or giving us a rushed 10-minute slot, which we’ve found other agents to do.
What I found notable as a buyer was, he didn’t just push for the highest offer and try to make you feel panicked. He was clear about the offer process from the beginning and worked to find not just the right price for the buyers and sellers, but help the sellers chose the right buyers for them. There was a lot of competition for the property and Ross helped us immensely - communicating our “story” and circumstances to the seller, which helped get our offer over the line.
Since our offer has been accepted, he’s been in regular contact keeping us up to date of any developments. Thank you for Ross, you’ve made such a stressful process so much easier, and we look forward to working with you till completion!

Ross has been a wonderful estate agent. I struggled to find nice property around Romford area but it was great relief to find a nice property shown by Ross, the property has 5 other offers on the table but Ross negotiated with the owner and helped me and my family secure the property! He is very quick and gives regular updates. I found him very approachable and giving honest opinions. He even referred me to a mortgage broker, solicitor and even a surveyor for the home so he arranged everything we needed to get our self in order to buy our dream home! After having my house on the market for 10 months with a traditional High Street estate agent, I had limited interest despite dropping the asking price by £50k over that period and eventually gave up and took it off the market. Since I was not in an immediate hurry to sell, I had initially marketed at a relatively high asking price, as advised by the estate agent but by the end believed it to be worth more than the final asking price I’d dropped to, hence giving up. I then got in contact with Tom Constable at The Agency UK (TAUK) and I’m glad I did. The end result is I had more viewings in the first 2 weeks with Tom than in the previous 10 months with the High Street agent. I had three offers of which two resulted in going to best offers and a final selling price only 10k less than my original high-end asking price.
As Tom effectively works for himself, he is the only one I deal with. He is always on the end of the phone or a WhatsApp message 7 days a week and his advice has always been spot on. No more ringing an estate agent’s office and having to deal with a different person each time, or waiting for someone dealing with your case to ring back. I am also not always at my property due to other commitments. Tom has gone above and beyond what a traditional estate agent would be willing to do by being at my property when surveys needed to be done and other trades persons needed access to keep things progressing. He is constantly keeping himself up-to-date with the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain and keeping me informed of progress.
I cannot find any negatives in my experience with Tom or The Agency UK. He has fulfilled my faith in what providing good service means and I would whole heartedly recommend his services. If you are in the need of an Estate Agent in the South Glos / Bristol area please give Tom a call to discuss his services in managing your sale for you. If you are in other areas of the country, do yourself a favour and find your local TAUK rep before considering signing up with an online only estate agent (that does practically nothing but put your property on Rightmove) or other high street estate agent. You will save yourself a lot of stress, in what is a stressful period in your life!

Buckle up, it's a long review. But worth it!
We met Tony when we viewed a property he was selling. We were immediately impressed by a few things:
- the respect with which he treated the property he was selling and with which he spoke about the owners. This was mid covid and despite being immuno compromised, we felt safe and like we weren't putting anyone at risk.
- the fact there was no hard sell. He took the time to discuss our needs and chatted honestly to us about how the property might or might not work for us. He had great ideas and personal accounts that were relevant and helpful
- he has a calm, friendly approach and manner that is at complete odds with the traditional estate agent reputation. We felt completely comfortable with him.
We booked an appointment to discuss him selling our two properties. He prepared documents in advance and we really liked the way he described the Agency ethos - the idea of not being just a number and a more personal approach. His prices were competitive as well so we asked him to help us sell.
The estate agent part was the only part of the moving process that wasn't stressful. The highlights for us:
Communication - moving is characterised by so many letters and so much paperwork and stress. We only heard from Tony when it was necessary, no pointless calls or emails. Such a contrast to the estate agent we bought from who seemed to send irrelevant emails on a daily basis. And yet in turn, we were able to message him at any time of day and get a timely, helpful response. This was so helpful for busy working mums. The paperwork was minimal and easy, all done online.
Flexibility - we weren't restricted to traditional office hours. In contrast, we found that Tony was flexible with times and we worked around his hours and him around ours. Helped by awesome communication.
Personal touch - he turned up on moving day and to our absolute shock, randomly just lent a hand with some tricky bits of furniture! We had a bout of covid the week before and were really struggling on the day. He couldn't have been more helpful on a day when it couldn't have been more appreciated. Similarly, he turned up on a weekend to help us fill in solicitor paperwork. Above and beyond what we'd expect and so helpful. He has a knack for reassurance and putting people at ease.
Overall we honestly can't rate this company, and Tony in particular, highly enough. Five star experience.

We are currently looking for our first home in the area and have been viewing with Ross Clark, he is very professional and friendly, he made us feel at home on the viewing. He answered all of our questions and even told us some facts about the property and area we did not know. As first time buyers we are new to the process of buying a home and on the viewing Ross spent time to explain exactly how things work from start to finish. No other estate agents offered us this type of service. If you are looking to buy or sell we would definitely recommend Ross to anyone!

Wow, what can I say, Jonathan was so helpful when we were looking for a house in our local village he really went above and beyond! He offered to post letters and he knocked on doors to personally deliver them. He also regularly posted on facebook to try and find us a house. This proved sucessful as following all his hard work, someone contacted him who was willing to sell and we were able to view it and secure it before it came to the market. Everything went very smoothly and the icing on the cake was a beautiful orchid and a cream tea from our local tea shop- what more could you ask for?

The local agent for the Bournemouth area is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to discuss and influence the valuation and asking price. The photography & video of the property was professionally done and marketing began swiftly. A lot of interest was drawn to the 6-bed detached property being offered and we were able to agree the sale with an able buyer within a matter of days. The on-line Conveyancer recommended by The Agency UK (Sort Move) are excellent and very responsive to efficiently bring the transaction to be ready to agree exchange and completion, all the while being monitored by our local agent and providing an extra progress check on the legal process.
