Forget the days when you were only dealing with one person who would happen to be be absent when your sale gets to the crucial stages. This team have it all covered.. From the initial stages when Blue & Danni arranged the viewings and professional photographers to then having James & Jules take over with the chasing of solicitors and keeping me informed. I can honestly say I didn’t have to ring them once, they kept me informed about everything and were very friendly and approachable. Very happy that I chose these guys and will definitely use them again.

Although unable to find us a buyer, Taylor Hill and Bond, Havant were very proactive and got more viewers through the door than any other estate agent we have used. Blue and his team were helpful and communicative throughout.

• We were on the Taylor, Hill and Bond mailing list, but despite ringing twice to view the house in September, we were not notified of the two subsequent failed purchases. It was only by chance we spotted the house back on the market in December.
• We found the Warsash sales progressor unnecessarily persistent. Despite completing the purchase in 8 weeks, including the 2 week Christmas break, the sales progressor still rang us and our solicitor on a daily basis. Emails to our solicitor were abrupt and lacked any please and thank yous. Towards the end, we started to ignore her calls.
• Four days after completion, Taylor, Hill and Bond reloaded the house onto their website and the housing portals without telling us or asking our permission.
I note that the corresponding seller has given Taylor, Hill and Bond a five star rating. Maybe he wouldn’t be quite so impressed if he knew that he could have sold the house to us a lot earlier if the Taylor Hill and Bond mailing list worked more efficiently.

Taylor Hill Sold my mothers house, after 2 failed purchases, none of which were the agents fault, we were successful on the third attempt, everyone at Taylor Hill couldn't do enough for my mother and I am delighted they obtained the result we wanted.

Very proactive agent. Michael went out of his way to facilitate a viewing for us on a property at a moment's notice. This made us feel valued as prospective clients and was certainly very supportive of the vendors. I wouldn't hesitate to use this agent if I was selling a property.

From the first enquiry through to producing marketing materials, listing and on to finding my buyer - the guys at Taylor Hill and Bond were excellent! They will go out of their way to make sure the process is as smooth as possible, maintaining a professional approach throughout with great communications.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone, you will struggle to find better.

It is not easy to find an estate agents that you immediately connect with and trust. With Taylor Hill & Bond you do. I think you would have to go along way to find a better estate agents. It’s a first class service from start to finish. We were kept informed at all times. I would not hesitate in recommending or using Taylor Hill & Bond in the future.
