Had a great experience from start to finish. James was very attentive and supportive throughout the whole time, ensuring we were updated at every stage even when things were a bit quiet on viewings. A big thank you to all at Jeffries, Havant. We have just moved in to our new home and the whole process was relatively easy and stress free. We had our first offer at the beginning of January and have just moved in on 14th June. We were kept informed at each stage and everyone was polite, kind and helpful. Having interviewed, and yes I mean interviewed, no less than 7 estate agents to be the people I felt I could work with in the sale of my house, Rob from Jeffries & Dibbens was like a breath of fresh air! No sales pitch, no flim-flam, no pretence on what it's actually like to sell a house. Just down right honest advice and level headed talk! I was delighted to offer them the job and although it may have taken a while to find the right buyer (there were 3 or 4 over the course of the 5 months of showing people round) once the wheels were in motion they kept me informed at every step. A good bunch of trustworthy people and I wouldn't hesitate to offer them "the job" again.

We used Jeffries for our move recently, we completed on the 29th of September 2023, and although the process took way longer than we hoped it would (this was due to others in our chain that were using terrible conveyancers, nothing to do with Jeffries), there were two Estate agents in particular who were fantastic! Rob and James at Havant were brilliant with us, and even when I was feeling very very stressed, and probably not in a great place, or nice to converse with, our move was far from easy, they were totally professional and kind every step of the way, whenever an issue cropped up in the chain, they were always there to help out with advice, not only this, both Rob and James were like a tag team when it came to chasing people up.
Again, having Rob and James on my side was almost like having therapists on hand to tell you that these issues were totally normal and that everything will be fine. I know that is not what they are there for, but without them, I think I would have pulled out of our sale months before we completed. So I have to thank them both for keeping myself and my wife on track throughout our sale and keeping us focused on the larger picture instead of getting bogged down in the current stresses of selling our property. But of course it wasn't just those two that were extremely helpful, but the whole team at Jefferies were very pleasant to deal with throughout.
One last note, I priced my house in line with what Jeffries suggested, and my house was sold within three days of putting on the market! Even in this tough market you can sell, if you have the right Estate Agent on board, and that you listen to their advice!

We had a house to sell 250 miles from where we live so I phoned three estate agents at random from a Google search. Rob at J & D was the only one who would send out their scale of fees in advance. When we met the agents James at J & D had carefully researched the local market and had a realistic appreciation of what we would expect to sell for. Once we’d agreed that they would act for us we hit snag after snag with our buyer’s buyer attempting to gazunder and our solicitors being closed down. James’ determination in the face of adversity was commendable: always cheerful and helpful. We completed a couple of days ago and our buyers are settling in. Without James’ tireless efforts I’m not sure we’d have ever completed.

I cannot recommend Rob Jones and the team at Jeffries and Dibbens Havant enough. We have recently sold our house with Jeffries and from the moment Rob came to value our house, he had us sold to act as our agent. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest from the get go. Beautiful photos taken and had an offer at full asking price on the first viewing!
Throughout what turned into a complicated and frustrating process fraught with curveballs thrown on a continuous basis by the chain below us, Rob, James, Beverley and the team were utterly fantastic. They went above and beyond to sort the problems and were extremely proactive. The process would have been far easier if the rest of the chain below were more like Jeffries! Not only that, Rob was also providing regular updates to the developers we were buying from after they had threatened to relist the house we were purchasing.
The communication and regular updates we received were superb and comforting as we knew that we had Jeffries constantly on the case. The team at Jeffries always called when promised and they were always on hand to answer any enquires we had. They always kept us well informed throughout and the customer service we received was truly outstanding. They also made us feel that they were as emotionally invested in the sale of our house as we were. After a few years have passed and we have forgotten the stress of selling and purchasing a house, we will definitely be returning to Jeffries. I cannot rate Jeffries in Havant highly enough, in particular James Brown. My brother had recently sold with Jeffries and recommended James to us. We have bought and sold a couple of times and have never experienced such a professional and pro-active Estate Agent. Nothing was too much to ask of James and without prompting, James provided us with updates on our sales conveyancing progression without fail on a weekly basis, this put my mind at rest from the beginning and was pivotal in our sale & purchase progressing so quickly.

Jeffries were very good up until the point that they sold the house. Communication diminished significantly after that which led the buyers to contact us directly as Jeffries were pushing them saying we may pull out (which we didn't tell them). They got better towards the end when solicitors didn't communicate so well and Jeffries stepped up to communicate with the chain where appropriate.

After deciding to sell our property we contacted a number of local estate agents, as soon as we met with Rob the decision was made easy thanks to his friendly approach, honesty and transparency.
Rob’s genuine care for us as clients and desire to get the sale over the line to enable us to move on was clear throughout. We sold our property for more than we were expecting to and Rob and the team ensured our ahead purchase went smoothly, actively chasing up the chain and keeping us updated.
Special mention goes to James who went above and beyond, becoming a direct contact with our buyer to alleviate concerns being raised by solicitors, which was invaluable in keeping things on track.

If you are looking to sell a property in the Havant area, I would highly recommend Jeffries. When selling our house, we met with a few estate agents, but as soon as I met Rob the branch manager, I knew that Jefferies were the one! Their competitive rate sealed the deal, and they did not disappoint, the level of service is second to none. They generated interest quickly and was able to secure an asking price offer within a week of being on the market. It was challenging at times due to the pandemic, but Rob the branch manager was fantastic. He was courteous, polite, and helped beyond the call of duty to ensure the sale proceeded as smoothly as possible.

I chose Jeffries to sell my dad’s home having met with 5 different agents. Even though Rob suggested the lowest asking price, he came across with the most credibility and track record in the local area. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, including the support to viewings, information on the chain, the link with the solicitors and the fact that I was dealing with it from 250 miles away. As it turned out, we sold at a price which was higher than had first been suggested.
We were selling as dad had moved into a care home; Rob was empathetic to this situation and genuinely interested in getting a good outcome for dad.

All the staff have been excellent whilst the sale of my mother’s estate was was all going through. Many potential buyers were taken to the house to view it and we were kept informed at all times of viewings and comments from them.
