Andrew and Andy came to see my at the property I was intending to sell, and I bought a new property that they happened to be marketing. The whole process was Stella, our needs were qualified, the house was set up for photography, the photos were excellent, Taylor Hill and Bond launched the advertisement and it received instant traction with viewings booked for opening weekend. Pippa kept us informed of all the potential buyers actions and made sure we were on the right price point and ensured that each viewing had been vetted to ensure there were no time wasters. Viewings were undertaken well, very professional with shoe covers to protect our unsold home. We secured a buyer very quickly and it couldn't have gone smoother, Tracy facilitated the sale and orchestrated everything perfectly, keeping us connected to our buyer. I truly believe that Taylor Hill and Bond placed the perfect new owner in our home - in fact the new owner and I have stayed in touch.
In addition, we may have found our forever home, it suited our young families needs perfectly and almost seems 'tailored' I can't imagine we'll ever sell our new place but if we ever end up back on the market I know full well I'll be putting in a call to Andrew and his team.

We recently decided to move to a new rented property and Taylor hill and bond has been amazing , Emily was so lovely and very helpful and got us moved into our property asap ! Very easy process to go through all checks done and got us moved in swiftly! Also something we have never had before was this beautiful “new home” package as a gift for us when we collected the keys ! Had everything you could possibly think about , very grateful , thank you very much Emily and team of Taylor hill and bond ??

I sent all the documents they asked for, they took 11 days to answer me that I would need a guarantor, on the same day I sent the guarantors' data, they held my process until the 15th day to refuse my guarantors who are a couple, they work more than 1 year In Amazon, the rent adds up to more than 50,000 pounds a year, they kept my deposit and they don't want to return it to me saying that I gave up renting the property, when in fact they and whoever gave up renting me. I do not recommend it, you apply, send the documents and in the end they refuse you and do not return your money and one detail they never said that if they fail you, they will not return the money. 0 for professionalism

My friend lost £311 because. held the deposit of £311 pounds for 15 days. They said it was rejected and they won't refund the money.

As a landlord I can say that I have had a number of dealings with this THB office and on every occasion the outcome has been very much to my advantage. The staff have been friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and helpful and, together with their professional approach and the competitive fees, I have to say they are the complete package. Taylor Hill & Bond have been really professional and proficient in my most recent change of abode.
Very helpful and prompt in getting things moving - when I found somewhere I really liked - really important especially during these uncertain times.
Really great during the viewings too - allowing me to find somewhere just right - would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home. Well done.

Myself and my partner have just finished renting a property through Taylor Hill and Bond for the last two years. I cannot express my gratitude for their Hard work, Professionalism, friendliness and quickness to sort out any issues we came across over the past two years. I would have loved to of stayed with this agency but due to needing some outdoor space and they just didn't have any available at the time that suited us to move. Jenna and Brittany who are based at the Romsey office are awesome individuals and very good at their job and provide a high level of service at all times. The rest of the team such as the maintenance team have always come round in quick time to help resolve and fix any issues. Anyone who is looking for an agency who may have had a bad experience in the past please look at this one as they will always go above and beyond. Just want to say thank you to all the team at Taylor Hill and Bond and good luck with the future.
