Very disappointing experience with this lot - I sent a request via their online contact form but after 2 days they had not replied, so I rang them. Very snooty and unfriendly as soon as they picked up the phone. They made it patently clear they were not interested in valuing the property because it would not go on the open market (it is an interfamily sale). But they didn't have the courtesy to let me know this via a simple email. I wouldn't trust them to give me a valuation, let alone go through with a sale.

We had quite difficult buyers and there were many issues along the way including difficulty communicating with solicitors etc. Vanessa, Johnnie and the team went out of their way to make sure these were all resolved and we finally made it to exchange!
