The whole team at Taylor Hill & Bond were just fantastic! I'm someone who was trying to rent a property from the other side of the country, in the middle of a house sale, and with a complicated credit score - all things that made things really difficult in my interactions with letting agents in Hampshire....
...Until I linked up with these guys! They are really personal, and spend the time to understand your position. From start to finish, their processes were slick, speedy, and really helped to remove the anxieties associated with moving house.
I Can't recommend them highly enough - the whole team were great, but a special thanks in particular to Pippa for looking after me so well, liaising with my new landlord...and helping me to get settled down south!

Taylor Hill & Bond have been excellent with helping my friend and I move into our first rental property. Pippa was lovely and friendly and after showing me round an initial property, kept in touch and identified a new property that fitted our requirements, helping us book a viewing and secure the property very quickly. The whole moving process was very smooth and Pippa, Jenna and Ann were very helpful, all being available to answer any queries quickly.
Would 100% recommend Taylor Hill & Bond!

Pippa (on the sales team) helped us quickly find the rental property we were looking for. She found a number of on-brief properties and the response / speed of response was first rate. A Fab team - we were looking to rent in our local area and had some very specific requirements for the property. From our very first enquiry they were friendly and helpful. Pippa identified a property we hadn't considered and it was a perfect match for our requirements.

We moved into a property managed by Taylor Hill & Bond back in July and every step has been faultless!
Pippa showed us around the property and was extremely responsive and helpful through the viewing and application stage of the process.
Ann was excellent in the lead up to us moving into the property, she was always there to answer any of our questions and was always very quick to respond!
We had a mix up with the delivery companies on the day of the move, leading to items being delivered before our move in time. Taylor Hill and Bond were so accommodating that something that could have been extremely stressful was nothing to worry about and ensured someone was at the property for the deliveries.
Now that we are living at the property, our point of contact is Brittany and she has also been excellent. Whenever we have any query she is very quick to respond and is always ready to provide advice when we need it.
Each one of the people we have had the pleasure of dealing with at Taylor Hill and Bond have been professional, friendly and accommodating. They truly are a credit to the profession!
If every estate agent was as good as Taylor Hill and Bond all of our lives would be a whole lot easier.

We saw our dream house to rent online with Taylor Hill & Bond. However...
Unfortunately, for many weeks we had bad experience after bad experience with other estate agents.
Because we needed some benefits taken into account, we were dismissed, ignored and heavily discriminated against by everyone.
So, we prayed that we would at least get an understanding estate agent who wouldn’t look down their nose at us and instantly dismiss us.
Our prayers were answered... We got Pippa Croucher from Taylor Hill & Bond. She listened to us, took time to understand our situation and eventually we got to move into our dream home. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
Also, luckily for us. It wasn’t just Pippa that was so good to us. Mandy and Anne at Taylor Hill & Bond were fantastic too and helped us every step of the way.
We honestly can’t recommend these people enough. They were everything and beyond what we had hoped for.
