This is the second time I've used Taylor Hill & Bond to sell a house. From the first initial meeting at the property with Vanessa, and throughout the whole process, they are constantly on the ball, chasing solicitors as needed and keeping us informed to conclude the sale in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

The team at Titchfield are extremely professional. We dealt mostly with Johnnie who was exceptional. He called us every couple of days with an update of upcoming properties. He was very friendly and professional and we would definitely recommend using this agent. We cannot rate them highly enough.

Pippa was amazing. She is an agent that makes things happen and gets things done. Tells you what you need to know rather than what you may want to hear whilst giving great customer service. Tried a few other agents but Pippa really was the best and got my house sold.

From start to finish I had Taylor Hill and Bonds support. This was from valuation right through completion on my sale and purchase. They were friendly professional and accommodating with with viewings as my circumstances were less flexible as I had a child dog and cat to move out the house to enable this along with shift work so they were great with that . Pippa was amazing and sold my house a few times due to buyers circumstances changing. My previous house was a project so not the easiest to sell but she smashed it !!! And her along with Andrew managed to keep and negotiate my dream purchase as I fell in love with it from the start. I would use and recommend Taylor hill and bond . And want to thank them for everything.

The main negative was the original valuation which was well above other valuations we believe designed to entice us. This was £550000 and we eventually sold for £480000 having reduced the price twice and missed the best time to sell i.e. the summer.
Having said that the selling agents Hannah and Lorna were brilliant and very knowledgeable and helpful.
