The service TH&B offered was a cut above the other local agents, from our introduction and onboarding from Andrew, to the viewings, feedback and offer managed by Pippa, and the chasing of solicitors by Tracy! All were amazing and made the selling process so much easier. They perform as a team, and Tracy drove the completion thoroughly, sometimes daily, keeping us informed all the way. We highly recommend TH&B in Park Gate.

The main negative was the original valuation which was well above other valuations we believe designed to entice us. This was £550000 and we eventually sold for £480000 having reduced the price twice and missed the best time to sell i.e. the summer.
Having said that the selling agents Hannah and Lorna were brilliant and very knowledgeable and helpful.

We dealt with both Parkgate and Titchfield offices, they handled both the sale of our property / purchase of new property. We found them to be very professional, calm and persistent in obtaining a successful outcome for all parties. We encountered many delays and challenges but good communication with them all definitely helped, particularly Tracy Allbon, sales co-ordinator who provided regular updates. Would definitely recommend

I had a great experience with Pippa as my estate agent. She was incredibly patient, working with me for over a year to find the perfect property. The person who showed us around the property was very friendly, knowledgeable and was the perfect example of how to sell the property. They weren’t too in your face, but had the answers to any questions we had and knew the area well. They made the process of our offering to acceptance seamless.

Having read great reviews and heard similar positive feedback from local friends, we were looking forward to dinner at the Inn on the Hill. However, since most of these reviews were written, there appears to have been a change of ownership and whilst the menu has remained the same the quality clearly hasn't.
The slightly worn Argentinian steakhouse theme is at odds with the Italian delivery. This shouldn't affect the enjoyment of the food, but unfortunately, the steaks we were served were okay, but inconsistently cooked and presented in a manner you'd expect of a local cafe. The price point is what you would expect from a high quality restaurant, but the food is, at best average.
On the plus side, the wine menu is pretty good and the waiter's knowledge supported it.
There is a desire for a decent local restaurant and tremendous amount of good will shown to any owner willing to redeliver quality. Unfortunately, The Inn on the Hill currently falls way short of delivering.

The team at Taylor hill and Bond are fantastic, they made a difficult process for me as a first time buyer much simpler and were always available if I needed to call to ask anything.
Neil in particular was brilliant throughout the whole experience and kept me informed as best he could and appropriately chased where necessary. Overall I would thoroughly recommend Taylor Hill and Bond.

"Roll's Royce" service
Andrew and Andy came to see my at the property I was intending to sell, and I bought a new property that they happened to be marketing. The whole process was Stella, our needs were qualified, the house was set up for photography, the photos were excellent, Taylor Hill and Bond launched the advertisement and it received instant traction with viewings booked for opening weekend. Pippa kept us informed of all the potential buyers actions and made sure we were on the right price point and ensured that each viewing had been vetted to ensure there were no time wasters. Viewings were undertaken well, very professional with shoe covers to protect our unsold home. We secured a buyer very quickly and it couldn't have gone smoother, Tracy facilitated the sale and orchestrated everything perfectly, keeping us connected to our buyer. I truly believe that Taylor Hill and Bond placed the perfect new owner in our home - in fact the new owner and I have stayed in touch.
In addition, we may have found our forever home, it suited our young families needs perfectly and almost seems 'tailored' I can't imagine we'll ever sell our new place but if we ever end up back on the market I know full well I'll be putting in a call to Andrew and his team.

Absolutely brilliant service from these guys. What they don't know about the Fiat 500 isn't worth knowing. Friendly professional service. Even though l travel from Oxford it is still worth the journey. Will definitely always use Small Car Services while l own a Fiat 500.
