I won't even hesitate to give this 0 star. Wasted my time doing the online cv and bothering my employer to write a reference. I don't know how to feel if I'm getting discriminated considering I have an excellent credit rating. What's the point completing the Rental cv when you don't want to send a request to access on it? I even went to your office in Larbert to hand a written email address to make sure to give you a right one but waited for nothing. Went to O'Malley, no hassle and very helpful and arranged a viewing no problem.

Excellent service selling my home. Excellent value for money. After meeting a few estate agents Taylor William were the ones for me and they did not disappoint. Giving exceptional customer service throughout. Derek and Lynn were fantastic. We achieved £50,000 over the valuation of our property.

Do both members of staff need to take lunch at the same time closing the office again a time when most house sales go? I don't think so. Still waiting for them to come and pick up their for sale sign after nearly 3 weeks. I have also called to ask for it to be picked up.

From the initial enquiry to prompt replies to subsequent messages, I couldn't fault the service with Taylor Williams (Larbert). They were friendly and professional at every stage. Gillian took time to answer a lot of questions as well which made the process even smoother. Highly recommended for renters.

Undoubtedly buying and selling property is one of the most stressful times you will encounter. However, Derek did so much to help alleviate this and couldn't have been more helpful. He was very professional but equally important, friendly, approachable and grounded and always went that extra mile! Having Derek on board, I would not hesitate to recommend this Company.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star as it won't allow me to give zero. Avoid this company at all costs. It is beyond me how this company is still in business as it is a shambles. Full deposit has been taken off me for issues that were already in the property before I moved in and because it wasn't recorded in their inspection paperwork, I have been charged for it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO elsewhere!

Could not have been less helpful during our tenancy. Emails regarding issues (damp, electrical, and heating) were ignored, we we're lied to and mislead, hung up on when asking to speak with the manager, and cancelled on when appointments were made to speak with the manager. Would not recommend!

We began letting our first property through Taylor William in Larbert in 2013 and now have a further 2 properties with them. They now have another office in Brightons and all girls in both offices are very pleasant, helpful and thorough in their work. We are kept well informed of any issues/repairs required to the properties. They have tradesmen they can recommend, should you require, who have a good standard of work. They inspect the properties on a yearly basis and advise us of any issues. We would have no problem in recommending Taylor William to anyone looking for a letting agent.

Would never use again, under any circumstances.
The most ignorant, unhelpful, vile people they have working for them.
They constantly lied to us and made our year miserable in that house. Things falling off and apart including,
Shower rails falling ON people!!
Curtain poles, door handles and fridge doors. Refused to do any repairs or help.
Done nothing about damage that previous tenant had caused such as broken oven, stained carpets with fizzy juices and scraped/marked walls.
They then proceeded to charge us money off our deposit for the damage the previous tenant had caused despite us emailing and calling them numerous times to tell them everything needing repairs.
Complete joke of a company, ridiculous customer service.

DO NOT USE!! LIED CONSTANTLY TO MYSELF ALSO. HAD TO TAKE THEM TO A TRIBUNAL SO THEY WOULD GET REPAIRS WITHIN THE FLAT DONE. THE FLAT WAS NOT FIRE SAFE AND HIGHLY UNCLEAN. NOW HAVING TO REPORT TO OMBUDSMEN. I WAS ALSO SCREAMED AT AND THREATENED BY THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY. I WAS ALSO TOLD I GET WHAT I PAY FOR AND THAT WASN'T THE CASE AS THERE WASN'T ALIT WORKING IN THE PROPERTY. I HAVE BEEN LIED TO AND TREATED DISGUSTINGLY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!

1 star for customer service as I can't post zero. I have tried to deal with this Estate Agent for almost 5 months now - to have a tree removed that fell into our garden from a property were letting agents for.
Now after 5 months of ignoring our requests, fobbing us off and, I'm sorry to say, lying to us - they have now advised us they won't be dealing with the matter because they are no longer letting agents for the property. What about dealing with it during the four months they were the letting agents?
Appalling customer service from a company that clearly cannot be trusted - prospective customers use them at your own risk!
