Writing this review in my lovely new Dandara house I can honestly say that Lyndsay and Elaine have been the most professional, accomplished and friendly estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The whole process of selling my house and buying a new build property went very smoothly thanks to all the team at Nest. Always available to take my calls, quick to answer my queries and going above and beyond to minimise the stress of moving house. I cannot recommend Nest highly enough. Lyndsay, Elaine & the rest of the team at Nest estate agents have been an absolute pleasure to work with during the process of a sale of a house. They were very friendly & approachable along with knowledgeable in the area. From the minute I had the first valuation with Lyndsay I clicked straight away. Lyndsay was very open and honest and didn’t bombard you with sales tactics which I appreciated. Even though the market has been rough the last few months due to the interest rate dilemma Nest still managed to get a great sale for the house. We have just sold our house with Nest Estate Agents. The best thing about the way they work is that the person who does the viewings is the person who wrote the schedule, who took the photos, who did the floorplan and knows the house really well. I have found with larger agencies the person who is doing the viewings may not have been in the house before and is unable to answer simple questions.
Nest kept us up to date with everything and we always felt they were fully focused on our sale.

Nest estate agents have now sold 2 properties for me over the last 10 years. The service they provide has been brilliant hence going back to them second time around and I wasn't disappointed. The team in the office continually keep you up to date with progress, potential viewings and offers and are very knowledgeable and professional in which can be a challenging time for both sellers and buyers. I wouldn't hesitate to sell again through nest if I decide to move again in the future.

Having had to sell my house recently, I looked into a few estate agents but decided to use NEST. What a fantastic service they provided, extremely knowledgeable and always contactable via email or phone. The house sold within a week and for more than the valuation and this has to be down to the team and their great marketing and friendly natured approach. Should I ever need to sell again, I would definitely use them again and urge anyone needing to sell to use them as well!

I would highly recommend Nest estate agents.
Kirstin is very on the ball, Gets things done and goes out of her way to really push for the best price for your property. Couldn't believe the price for selling that Nest charges one of the lowest I've seen and so much cheaper than the bigger companies but even better service than those larger companies.
Kirstin is very honest and will tell you what you need to do to sell quickly. Unlike bigger companies that just want your money.
If and when I sell again Nest estate agents I will be using as my number one contact.
I highly recommend nest estate agents. You will not be disappointed.

I would like to thank Lyndsay and her team for the excellent, professional and friendly service they provided at every stage of the property sale. As an executor, selling the property on behalf of an estate, I was remote from the property in question. This proved to be no problem, as Lyndsay and her team arranged everything including the viewings. The property sold within 4 days of going on the market, and for more than the asking price.
I have no hesitation in recommending this agency, as they were absolutely faultless in their services.

What an amazing job Lyndsay and the team did getting us to the market in such a short space of time, helping with suggestions on how to dress our home and being really easy to work with around the marketing for our property. We had over 15 viewings in the space of a week and went to a closing date a week after going to market.
Things didn't go smoothly with our buyer in the end but Lyndsay worked tirelessly to support us and keep pushing our buyer and their solicitors for updates at their end.
Nest is a brilliant wee estate agents with a great team, would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an estate agents in the area.

We choose NEST after a search for local estate agents and after reading their positive testimonials we booked an appointment with Lyndsay, who came out to the home we were selling and discussed realistic valuation, ceiling price in the area etc. She also spent time answering all of our questions. We picked to do our own viewings and were guided on how to go about this. Our house went on line for sale on the Friday. We were away for the weekend and had booked viewings from the Monday to the Thursday the following week. Our house had a firm offer in writing by the Wednesday.
The Team at NEST have been with us every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they are available until 8pm. Their fees are transparent and easy to understand. Would use again and recommend in a heart beat. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Lyndsay and the team at Nest were fab. They maintained professional at all times, whilst building up a relationship with us that made us feel it was more than just business...we felt they cared about us, both in the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current home. Lyndsay talked us through the sale process and the presale activity. Throughout the time we were on the market Lucy & Elaine kept us informed. Our house was sold within 4 days!
As for our purchase they have been equally as helpful for that.
