Bought a property here, everything is rosy and good and the properties are at a high standard. However beware that you can't open the main gate via the house intercom, it means you have to go outside walk close to the gate so that the sensor can register your fob. Might be fine for some but if for example you have a newborn baby and are alone expecting a sizeable (furniture, shopping, etc) delivery it means wrapping up your baby and going outside in whatever weather to go open a bloody gate. Equally for any of the older people living in the property they too would have to go outside and walk to the gate just to open it for a delivery. To be honest If I knew this prior to purchasing the property I probably would have had second thoughts. The claim is that it's for security reasons due to one allocated parking slot but I think it was an oversight and now it's too late to be fixed without a huge cost implication. I am giving a 2/5 because the gate situation is simply unforgivable. Taylor Wimpey have provided a high standard in finish and design of both the interior of the property and the exterior and that I can highly recommend, if you don't mind having to pop down to the gate to open for your tesco delivery etc then this review should be a 5/5....
