I knew Woodrow Morris because they are a very well established real estate agent with an excellent reputation. They are based in Harrow-on-the-Hill and know the area very well. When I decided to sell my flat in Cottage Close, I immediately thought of them. It was a real pleasure working with Chris during the whole process. He is very friendly, extremely professional, was always approachable and kept me informed about any progress. It wasn´t the easiest of times selling a flat during a pandemic but due to his commitment and patience we got there in the end. I am extremely grateful for his support and can only recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent.

I have known Woodrow Morris, Chris specifically for nearly 10 years. When i first moved out as a tenant, it was through them, when i bought my house and needed it rented on two separate occasions it has been through them. This included being abroad and leaving the management of the property with them.
Now again I am renting through Woodrow Morris. When it comes to knowledge and expertise in the Harrow Area, they can certainly be trusted. Confidence building when you are dealing with someone for a long time and they have been in the same area for that length of time.

Having used Woodrow Morris as a letting agent for many years, we obviously had a few minor ups and downs but overall they performed to a very satisfactory level. When major problems arose, they proved themselves to be a highly professional and proactive team, always responding within a short time frame to questions and to offer explanations and advice. This, I believe, should be recommendation enough for anybody looking to buy, sell, let or rent property in their area.

I have rented out property before, but I have never come across property managers like Chris and the team at Woodrow Morris.
They resolve minor issues before they become major problems, whether that be pest infestation, shower leakages, appliance malfunction, boiler servicing or parking permits.
They respond quickly to landlord and tenant alike, giving you complete peace of mind. Things get done without chasing them, like ensuring gas safety certificates are up to date. As I live abroad, that is a tremendous weight off my shoulders.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was recommended to this estate agent by someone I trust and contracted them to manage my property and till now I have had no problems!
They are a great team, very proactive and professional and they have done everything they said they would. Also communication has been excellent, there has always been someone I can contact and they have always been ready to help.
I am extremely happy with them and my stress levels have gone down. I can only recommend them further.

The best estate agents in Harrow!
I rented over the last few years through Chris and team. They have been amazing throughout. I found them incredibly responsive when i reported any issues with the property and Chris will go above and beyond (if you get locked out on a Sunday am whilst on call ????)
I would highly recommend them.
