10th Feb 2025 (4 days ago)I had a 3 year tenancy agreement (on a rolling basis) with Rochester Place, for property in Kentish Town and they have been very helpful from the beginning to the end. It is a very friendly professional team who would go out of their way to support their tenants. I remember, even on a weekend evening when a new tenant on the top floor had an issue with Key someone came to help. All issues were dealt with reasonably well and fast coordinating between landlords and maintenance teams. There wad hassel with my deposit return and even todate I still include Rochester place as my rental reference and they have been always supportive. From many of my friends I heard lots of negative feedback on London rental market, yet Rochester Place is one of those exception with their excellent service.

21st Sep 2024 (21 weeks ago)I just rented an apartment in Golders Green through Peppiatt. Nick Kyriacou was my lettings agent. He was super professional in arranging the viewing, providing information about the property and life in the area as well. Nick went above and beyond to ensure that i got the best deal whilst also considering the landlord’s interest as well and creating a win-win scenario for both parties. Throughout the process, he was always available and easy to reach and made me feel truly comfortable. I was under pressure to find a new flat and i also didnt want to negotiate on my must-haves, i believe Nick was instrumental in helping with this and i’m truly grateful. Great thing they will also be managing the property so i am hopeful to seeing same level of service with the property management team as well. Nick has set the bar really high! Thank you CHP!!

Shilpa is a truly outstanding leader with a wealth of experience. Without her dedication and hard work, the sale of my house would not have been completed. She leads an incredible team, including Kevin, Jay, and Lauren, who have all been extremely helpful and professional throughout my journey. Every interaction with the team was marked by their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine support. They made what could have been a stressful process much smoother and more manageable. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for their hard work and wish them continued success in the future. Thank you once again for your help in completing the sale of my house on Orchard Grove.

Paul Tindley’s professional manner was outstanding as he advised and supported us through the whole process from valuation to completion. We felt Paul went over and above to progress the sale, was always available when needed and extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Paul and his team as an excellent choice for your house sale/purchase.

I never had to follow up once and all steps followed promptly until I moved in. Avi's colleagues were super helpful too whenever Avi could not attend to me at the time. If you are looking for a letting agent who will be responsive, helpful and prompt; go to Maple Estate & Letting Agents Ltd.
13th Oct 2024 (18 weeks ago)DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY BURNT DOWN THE APARTMENT, AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK UNTIL I WROTE A POSITIVE REVIEW. ABSOLUTE FRAUDS! THE LANDLORD ALSO DID REALLY SHADY STUFF. When they flooded the building after the fire and they stopped the power so no one gets electrocuted, he offered the other tenants to steal electricity from the supermarket nearby. Everyone, from the agents to the landlords they work with are frauds. The tenants told me that before I moved in, the landlord received a warning about electrical issues in the roof (which is where the fire happened) and he never fixed them. Jay, the agent was extremely unhelpful, condescending, didn't show understanding and just tried to silence me. The landlord Azis, was extremely vulgar, misogynistic and they took from my rent money in order to get me a hotel when the fire happened. Which I only found out after the bill had to be paid, because initially they told me they would cover it. But I was a student and I couldn't really stand up for myself because I had to survive. They knew that, and they took advantage of it. The least I can do is share this horrific story so other people know what they are actually dealing with.
