Worst estate agents on Harrow on the hill. Arrogance and non empathetic. As you can see from the reply of the reviews that it's always tenant's fault. Firstly, they will agree to everything you request and afterwards they will stand by on landlord's side. I have lost GBP 850 because of Elena's(Woodward's agent) false assurance and commitment. Now they will blame me for everything when they reply to my review. I request everyone to not to trust woodward for your property needs, as they are very unprofessional and non-trustworthy.

We were looking in the HA1 area of Harrow for many months and Woodward were the agency who consistently had some of the best properties that met our requirements. We were always impressed with their availability and knowledge of the houses they were advertising, vastly different to the majority of agents in the area. Their understanding of our requirements meant when they found a property that matched our needs, we offered the asking before it even hit the open market. This is how estate agency should be done. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the services provided by Woodward Harrow. My experience with this agency has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.
Firstly, I was scheduled to visit a property that I was very interested in. Despite arranging a time and making the effort to visit, I found the property was not ready for viewing. This was a significant waste of my time and effort.
Secondly, after the visit, I promptly informed the agent that I was keen on making an offer. Despite my clear interest and follow-up attempts, I never received any response from the agency. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional and disheartening for someone looking to make a serious investment.
Lastly, the overall demeanor and conduct of the agents I interacted with were far from professional. Their lack of responsiveness and disregard for my time and interest reflect poorly on the agency's standards and reliability.
I strongly advise others to consider alternative real estate agencies that value their clients' time and are committed to providing professional service. My experience with Woodward has been extremely disappointing, and I hope they take steps to improve their client communication and service standards.

Insisted that I buy a new dishwasher without properly assessing fault.
Failed to register the guarantee and less than two years later I'm having to purchase another dishwasher.
Nearly £1000 down because Woodwards can't do their job properly nor take responsibility for their mistakes/omissions.

Best estate agents I have delt with so far for rental properties. Really responsive, even during covid, knowledge, personable and really helpful. I was really surprised when they were ready to send someone over the same day (email went out in the morning) to get hot water fixed. We've had 2 other issues with the property and they immediately delt with them and any general questions we've had were answered in 24 hours or less.
When we decided to move out, they were also very clear about the process and what needs to happen. Also based on how they described the process to us, I feel reassured the property is dealt with at the highest standards.
I highly recommend them for prospective tenants and would love if all estate agents would be as amazing as them.

Really excellent experience with Woodward as new tenants in Harrow. They made the whole process extremely simple and efficient. Myself and my partner had just returned from living abroad and they were very helpful in adjusting to our particular case. Gary was affable and charming during the viewings and was very well informed about the properties and the area. I really appreciated how frank and clear he was about the strengths and weaknesses of each option we were looking at. Elena guided us through the process of securing the house and referencing which was made very easy indeed. You got the sense of a very personalized and efficient experience; Elena’s communication was top class and she always responded very quickly. Even when she was away for a day, she made sure that the process continued seamlessly in her absence (Alice was excellent in helping us with that). The referencing was done via Van Mildert and Elena kept us up to date frequently on how they were progressing. At every stage, we were confident that the process was being well handled, which took a lot of pressure off the situation. The home we found is lovely and the landlord friendly, generous and helpful. Overall then a very personalized, easy and positive experience from start to finish: would very strongly recommend! Hopefully we won’t have to use them again for a long time, but we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to.

As first time renters, my partner and I came across Woodward Estate Agents via an external website. We wanted to live in Harrow and the abity to own a cat was a must.
The original property we looked at became unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, among them the Pandemic, the property came off the market.
Fortunately our contact within Woodward stayed on top of our need to find a new home, and when lockdown eased, she managed to find us the perfect property.
Strong suits: Communication was effective and on point, they were always quick to reply and no question was to silly. The agent was upfront and honest about potential shortcomings of the property and what they said would be done, was done.
Another strong suit is their customers service. From start till finish we felt well taken care of, and even after the agreement was signed, they still followed up to make sure we settled in properly. She even helped us get permission for a second cat.
Overall, this was a very positive experience and all fears were laid to rest. I will highly recommend Woodward Estate Agents if you want to live in Harrow.

I would not recommend this letting agents as there are lot of discrepancies in the requirements they say to rent a property. Me and my husband work in NHS as a staff nurse and health care assistant and we agreed to rent one property for 1100 PCM in harrow town centre and paid holding deposit. Before I pay the holding deposit I informed the letting agent that I am pregnant and expecting my baby in september and given all the details of annual income of mine and my husband's. Inaddition, I clearely informed about my savings also to cover up my maternity leave period. But, their referencing company demands were different from there demand.When I was able to chase the referencing companies demand letting agent put forward with new demand of guranteer from the landlordside. Even that the landlord and referencing company has different opinion about the guranteer. The requirement for landlord, letting agent, and referencing company were entirely different, lot of discrepancies and whenever I tried to get clarification from them they consistently put me in mental stress by stating that I am facing all these because of my maternity leave. When my line manager asked about the requirement for a guranteer they stated a different reason which was completely unclear and confusing. Finally we had to quit the plan to move forward with this property as they put us in lot of stress. I should say they clearely DISCRIMINATED ME BECAUSE OF MY PREGNANCY especially during this pandemic when all are trying to help NHS staff they put us on extra pressure. I think they did it because they wanted to give the property to someone else as they immediately changed the availblity of the flat from 4th July to 24 th july as soon as we decided to quit and removed the property from property market as well. Also I know that they have rented the properties of the same rent without any of these requirements for the people who are in same situation like me. Without doing any good service they have deducted 65 pounds from my holding deposit as referencing charge. I should say it was a wastage of time and money to deal with them.

We were involved in a large, complex, residential transaction and, put simply, if the seller had instructed another agent, the deal would have fallen through.
Martin has every quality you would look for in a skilled and professional agent- he was sensitive to the specific requirements of the transaction and helped progress it by staying in touch with all parties without being pushy.
He went above and beyond what was required and still kept in touch with us after the move in respect of things like meter readings. He is, above all, trustworthy. I will be using Martin for any sales or purchases in the future and recommend him to all in the area.

I initially emailed Martin Bloxham, where he responded "I will confirm a schedule asap" and that was the end of comms from him. Then a colleagues rang me trying to sell me other properties on the market. The person I dealt with on the phone was not enthusiastic and sounded like he was half asleep at work.
Estate agents need to spend more time listening to what the buyer wants, not sell any junk on the market.

Have rented my property through Woodwards for 14 years with at least 6 tenants, all were very good tenants. I have now sold and without the dedication of Martin in the sales team I doubt this sale would have gone through. Would highly recommend.

The best agent I've ever dealt with! Very efficient in responding and not just before you sign the contract! Been their tenants for 18 months, and their service is very professional and efficient. Never disappointed. Didn't want to move at all if it was not because we are expecting a little one and hence need more space further out of London. Overall 5 stars for everything!

Woodward have gone above and beyond in providing an exemplary service in helping my partner and I find the perfect place to live for our first rental. We thought the process would be long and drawn out, with multiple hoops to jump through, but it was in fact the opposite; everything was sorted within a week, there was no stress nor pressure and they kept us updated every step of the way. I couldn't recommend Woodward Estates highly enough. Thankyou to Jason, who showed us around, but especially to Jennifer who couldn't have provided a better service! Thanks!

We took a property for rent through them in harrow. The inventory check-in was done in a hurry and the inventory clerk told us he has other appointment so he needs to hurry and got us to sign on a blank paper.( agree it's our mistake but we trusted them). Next just in 2 weeks time, the flat has mold/fungus issues--major ones. All of the wall was painted and covered with wallpaper to hide and misrepresent the facts. And when we told them there are mold issues, the agent made a visit and told us off that we were responsible for the mold. The flat also had leaks from the roof etc, and guess what they asked us to use a bucket to contain the water leaks !! We had to fight a lot to get out of it in 4 months and even after that, they made false claims and tried to overcharge us for cleaning and etc. in the flat. We went to TDS and got the right justice. Just be very careful with these guys-- totally avoid them! Worst agents ever in my last 6+yrs in this country. Attaching some pics of the wall with mold and one with stripped wall paper to show the problems existed before we came in but they were trying to blame us and rip us off of our money.
