We saw a number of Agents and decided to appoint Daniels. It was the best choice as, from the time of the appointment we had a number of viewings before the property was finally listed and, offers made from their Client database. We found the Agents available at all times and to be informative at all stages. They followed up continuously with the buyers' solicitors up to exhange and completion.

I recently inquired about a rental property with them, and I must say the experience was highly unprofessional.
From the beginning, communication was inconsistent. I had to repeat multiple times just to get basic information.
When I finally did speak with someone, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful.
Overall, I found the lack of professionalism and poor customer service very disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a rental property.

Great Service from start to completion, I received first class advice from the manager, not only on price but on timings, associated costs and all the pitfalls, John Buckley was spot on with all advice, once an offer was in place John then had another member of the team check on the progress right up to and past completion.
This 2nd person was Jon Hughes and I can recommend him 100% he and his team kept me up to date with progress of probate, checks and solicitors and checked regularly that I was happy with all aspects and the progress, Mr Buckley was right when he said “ I’ve trained him well” Highly recommended Daniel’s in this area.

If an agency would go over and beyond to assist you let this be house sale or buy then that’s Daniels Estate Agency. I used the Sudbury Hill branch during the highest interest rate inflation but they have pushed through. If someone can keep you positive during your hardest time then that’s them. ( Yes John Buckley! I mean you!)

I had responsibility to sell the house my parents are no longer able to live in and had gone there to get the garden cleared since it was completely overgrown. While that work was being done, I dropped into Daniels to discuss the sale of the house once at some point in the future when I had the necessary paperwork. They stepped straight into action and helped me sort out everything, including clearance of the contents and shutting off the utilities. They had 14 viewings within 24 hours of our conversation and the property sold very quickly (the paperwork finally became the missing piece) and made it very easy for me indeed, while also getting a very good price. I was dreading the whole enterprise and they made it so simple for me, for which I am hugely relieved and grateful. I would recommend Daniels very highly to anyone: they are serious, dedicated, energetic and very professional.

Daryl has been fantastic at finding us sellers and keeping us updated every step of the way. When our first buyers sadly pulled put, our house was back on the market within 10mins and sold again within 48hrs. The estate agent was proactive chasing all the parties and intermediaries like solicitors and mortgage advisors to finish the deal quickly. I could see that this agent has showed extra interest to finish the deal.
I would have given 5 stars if they have revealed correct numbers about an element and also if they have had removed the SOLD hoarding from the property soon after the purchase.

She was really helpful and prompt in arranging the viewings as per my requirements and thanks to her promptness was able to get an offer accepted on one of the properties.

I have never written any review for any of the estate agents as I have burned my hands with almost all of them. This is for the first time, I came across someone who behaved like a human, understands your needs/requirements, empathize and treats you well.
Although, we haven't yet bought a property from Daniels but thank you "John Buckley" for your fantastic treatment and understanding us well. We really look forward to buy and sell through Daniels and hope someday we will be able to make a deal together. I know that we will not fall under the trap of an estate agent gambling who gets offer and forwards to others to get better and make a price war.

I would like to highly recommend Daniels Estate Agents. They managed sale of our house in Sudbury Town. We approached three Estate Agents in the area and Daniels were the most energetic, positive and professional. We had an offer pack prepared within the same day, while others took much longer to get back to us. Daniels Estate agents truly go an extra mile on each step of the process. The virtual tour of our house was brilliant, saved a lot of our time by not having to deal with the time wasters. The viewings were done very efficiently and safe for us and the viewers (Covid pandemic). Following successful sale of our house, we had to break the chain. Again Daniels Estate Agents came very helpful by organizing a short term, rented accommodation for us. Now we are in our dream house and look at the past couple of months with good memories. Poor estate agents. I called up enquiring about a house on my road, spoke to an "estate agent" who told me it was sold. I asked how much it went for and how many bedrooms it had and they were not able to give an answer. I then see, the following weekend, the house being viewed by at least 6 people. Not the best sales tactic as I am a cash buyer and can move VERY quickly. I am sure estate agents work on commission, well they did when I was one.
Anyway don't use them if you want yo buy or sell a house.

We are very glad we chose Daniels . John Buckley the manager not only had the vision to appreciate the potential of our house and valued it much higher that 3 other evaluators, he then sold it within a month. We did have to drop the price, but we still got more than the 3 others' asking price - in one case, £75 thousand more.
He was also very helpful , supportive and available at all times, good at explaining things (even after we had moved), and flexible (eg we asked him to take a different photo of the garden, and he came and took it himself and used it in the publicity).
Another thing was, he was very careful re Covid regulations, the only one of the 4 evaluators to wear gloves aswell as a mask, and if any children came with viewers, he would take them through the sideway into the garden and talk nicely with them there.
When things got difficult, he unhesitatingly went the extra mile and fought hard on our behalf.
John was a good friend to us throughout a difficult move, what with all the covid restrictions, moving to another town and us being elderly.
The other members of his staff that we met were also very courteous and helpful. Can't recommend them too highly.

If you’re planning to sell your house in the Sudbury area look no further!! From the very beginning I cannot fault the service I received from Daniels estate agent. They have supported me over the years in securing tenants and dealing with any issues that arose and have always been friendly, professional and most importantly, reliable.

I can’t say it’s been an enjoyable experience but you have done absolutely everything possible to achieve an excellent result, make it as smooth as it could be and, perhaps even more importantly, to ease the stress as far as that could be done. I have been staying on the property managed by Daniels and team. It's been more than two and half year and I have found their team very professional and responsive.
Emma and Caitlin their property managers are very very helpful and always help me to resolve any queries I have. Sam who showed me the property is very professional as well.
One day I locked my self out in winter and they immediately arrange for a temporary spare key and Sam himself came with the key in 15 minutes. I won't forget this help from them. You both are awesome.

Couldn't have asked for a better service, John Buckley attended my property, provided a valuation that I honestly couldn't believe would be achievable, His team was able to generate an asking price offer within 2 hours of me giving them the green light.... This people simply waste time. First they say that the property is available, they take your advance, rent and last moment they say you cant move in. Very unprofessional service by Sam. Simply wasted all our time and saying sorry is not a solution for everything.

Very bad service by Sam.... You guys should have some agreement with landlords as well not to back off at last minute. You guys wasted our time we could have got another place by this time. Sorry is not a solution. Think of the situation right now we are in. And telling us just 4 days in advance is not good customer service.

From putting my property sale in the hands of John Buckley and his team at Daniels Estate Agents Sudbury on 11th June, to Completion on the 7th August, I was impressed by the efficiency, sensitivity and value for money of the service. The marketing on line and locally was very effective and several offers were received within the first week. Careful Covid safe practices were followed at all times. Communications with the team were straightforward and clear. They worked seamlessly with my conveyancing solicitors and my removal team. Because of the excellent abilities of the Daniels Team I was able to meet my own urgent deadlines and I am very grateful for this. Thanks to everyone involved. Five stars from me.

We mainly dealt with Jon Hughes from Daniels Estate Sudbury but we know that Jon had the support of his manager and agency owner in this transaction.
From the onset, Jon listened to our requirements and needs and wasted no time in presenting us with appropriate properties for viewing. Once the offer was made and the conveyancing process started, Jon kept us informed and we could always call him to get an update. There was always clear communication between us, buyers and Jon.
He understood that all parties needed to be treated with professionalism as we, buyers, could potentially become sellers in the future. Jon also recommended a conveyancing solicitor that turned out to be the most effective that we came across.
We may state the obvious, but we had a bad experience with a well known competitor (whose name starts with F.) who failed to communicate with us, potential buyers, and kept us in the dark until the very end (3 months were wasted by then !) and the conveyancing specialists they recommended created the most stressful situation. We highly recommend Daniels Estate Agents Sudbury. We will keep them in mind if we sell our property.

The whole team supported us through a long and difficult journey of selling our home and purchasing a new home. They took the time to get to know us as a family and really understand our requirements from a property.

We recently completed the sale of our house on the Sudbury court drive estate in Wembley.
We dealt with John Buckley sales manager and his team. We had 15 viewings in 7 days and 4 offers. We achieved 97% of the guide price. We accepted the offer from the buyer on the 16th April and exchanged contracts on the 16th June, we completed 2 weeks later.
We felt John and his team were very professional throughout this process. We strongly recommend using Daniels estate agents in Sudbury.

I wish to personally thank Simon Turner at Daniels Estate Agents in Sudbury branch for selling my property recently. Simon was highly professional, especially as my property was at the top of the long chain. Simon was calm and always kept us all in the loop to ensure that all parties were aligned to work together to exchange and complete. My husband and I would just like to say how impressed we were with the service provided by the gentlemen at Daniels. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and experience in handling of the sale of our property which was handled by Simon and John. We got the full asking price for our property which we appreciated very much and were dependent on for us to move to our dream home.
A special THANK YOU to Mr John Buckely who went above and beyond to get us our new home. He was extremely reassuring and supported us throughout the whole procedure from start to finish during stressful times. Everything was done to our liking and all the dealings were very clear, precise and transparent. His knowledge of the market and area allowed for all our questions and concerns to be tended to in a prompt manner. The whole team here are excellent. From start to finish, they acted professionally yet were friendly throughout the purchase of our property. The whole team are approachable, hard working and down to earth.
Simon showed us houses at short notice and always turned up on time. He didn't patronise us with the usual rubbish that many estate agents feel the need to tell you when viewing a property.
Both Johns answered any queries and ensured that things were still in motion when Simon was away. A smooth, headache-free experience.
Not only would I buy through Daniels again, I'd sell my property too because I have seen how they treat potential buyers and trust they would get the job done well. Keep up the good work.

We sold our very first property through Daniels, John Buckley dealt with everything from the beginning and I must say the experience was extra special. We felt like we can trust them 100% to get the best price possible for us and we did. Throughout the whole process John was so pro active as no other estate agent would and went above and beyond to make the sale go through as smoothly as possible. We also took their advise on other professionals for our purchase and they were also true to their words and did an amazing job!
If I'm selling or buying again I think this would be the ONLY estate agent I would trust 100%.

We used Daniels to sell our property last year and they were amazing. John Buckley in particular kept us sane throughout the process as we had a particularly difficult buyer. They were always approachable and went the extra mile in order to help us. Even at weekends they were with us supporting us throughout the process. We would not have sold without John in particular and we are grateful. I would always recommend Daniels without fail. We have used several others in the Harrow area but none even come close in terms of commitment and drive to sell at the right price.

I have recently sold my property through this estate agents and I am over the moon with the experience I've had. I can't think of one negative thing to say!
The team (Simon, Vishal, John H and the Secretary) headed by John Buckley, Branch Manager made the process seamless from beginning to end. They are a professional team, with a wealth of knowledge and experience, which really comes across in their approach.
John Buckley, was my main point of contact. Communicating with him was easy. Whenever, I rang the office, the phone was picked up within a few rings. If John was busy on another call or out of the office, the team always passed my messages on and I would always get a reply from John soon afterwards and definitely on the same day.
I sometimes rang John for help and advise regarding queries that I knew was outside of his remit, but he always took the time to help where he could. I received regular progress reports from him and was never left wondering or unsure of how things were going.
The team managed to secure a really good price for my property. They have a really good reputation within the community and I can see why.
I came away with the feeling that buying and selling property doesn't need to be stressful if find the right Estate agents.......and I definitely did!
A big thanks to you all at Daniels Estate Agents, Sudbury.
