I am not the type of person to leave a review, however with my experience with Templeman Brookes, I feel like I have no choice but to. I am very disappointed with their services. I was about to move into a property after providing all the relevant documentations, fees, and reference checks but less than a few days before my move-In date, I was told that I was not able to move in. Under this promise, I provided notice and moved out of my previous accommodation with no following accommodation. Angie did not offer to help me any further with my search and stopped all correspondence after that. It’s funny to find that once she told me that I could not move into the property, I did not find the property on any lettings website. I only assume that they found another tenant whilst I was providing the documentation despite the holding fee that I had initially placed I am so so disappointed. Avoid at all costs... Read more

I highly recommend this letting agent. We have let our property through them for years, and they have not only been good at finding tenants, but also good at managing the let for us. Their speed and consistency of service is excellent. Angie is brilliant, she handles all queries quickly and professionally and seems to be always there and also goes the extra mile. My partner and i lived in a property let and managed by Templeman Brookes, for 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Angie and Lisa were there with quick responses for anything that came up during our tenancy, liaising with the landlord on our behalf in a speedy and efficient way.
