We have recently decided to sell our property and spoke to a number of agents in the process. Whilst some of the big property agents quoted a higher valuation, it turned out that their incentives are misaligned and you are left on your own after giving them rights to the property. Fortunately for us, we replaced the agent with Fine & Country Islington who were super professional throughout. They were able to provide a much more realistic view and we achieved the price that Fine & Country initially said we would be able to get (the larger agent was unable to achieve that). Mark, Davor and Eli were all fantastic and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a terrible experience with this Agency. There were frequent instances where they were untrustworthy and dishonest and I would urge you to engage with them as Agent of last resort. They turned a blind eye to landlord seeking to enter property without giving notice and wouldn’t provide any inventory until nine months after we moved in.

Mark just sold a flat for me (October 2021). Very helpful & personal service & Mark gets his valuations right, unlike some of the larger agents who have given me astoundingly skewed valuations for the flats here.
Don't get a valuation from a larger agent: they will send a 20 year old who doesn't have a clue.
This was my review for their letting service 5 years ago: Very good. Larger agents wasted time showing the property to hundreds of tenants, whereas Mark and his colleagues got the place let after the 2nd viewing, plus lots of additional help and reasonable charges for both tenants and landlord. Well done.

For someone like me, who just relocated from New York City to London, the prospect of renting a flat in London for the first time seemed daunting. However, working with Mark, Robert and Reece made things much easier than what I was preparing myself for. Before meeting them, I spent a few days viewing potential flats upon my arrival in London, but unfortunately the process of securing a new place to call home as a new expat proved complicated, full of black holes in information. The folks at Century21 Islington explained the details of what the process was like, advised me on solutions, and were extremely clear and cordial throughout the process of renting a beautiful one bedroom flat in the area. I have just completed a property purchase as well as a simultaneous letting of my former home with Rob Mulholland at Century 21.
The handling of the purchase was second to none both in terms of the initial negotiations and timely follow up throughout the process, especially when it came to chasing and coordinating with the various parties to ensure exchange took place as planned.
Tenants were identified for the existing property after only a handful of viewings and the move in date of the tenants was carefully coordinated with the completion of the purchase.

Once we found the flat, Century21's Rob Mulholland could not have served us better, - and in difficult circumstances. Quite aside from Rob's outstanding client skills, he is the obvious master of the deal: not merely our own, but the deals connected with our own that, through his acumen and persistence, meant that we got the flat key on time.
It couldn't have been easy. Our landlords needed their own support, as they were in the process of buying a house of their own: they were as desperate to complete on their purchase as we were to move in to their flat. Mark and the rest of the Century 21 team were exceptional throughout my property search in Islington, once my offer was accepted on the property they consistently kept me informed (even after their office hours) of the progress of the sale from the solicitors raising enquiries to updating me of the owners progress of their purchase in Knightsbridge. The whole process gave me huge clarity on the position on everyone in the chain. My girlfriend and myself bought a flat which ended up being a long and complicated sale (8 months). However, both John and Mark from Century 21 helped us through the entire process, whether it was liaising with the seller, visiting the flat or getting in touch with the seller's solicitor for documents. Time and time again, they demonstrated patience and professionalism on all levels.

Full 5 stars experience! When selling through big agencies, I had many viewings but no results. Century 21 delivered great sale quickly and for good price. Not only that, during the whole process communications from them were second to none. I dealt with dozens of Estate Agencies and Century 21 is the best. Whenever I contacted them, they always replied quickly and helped make all process as stress-free as possible. I may have not been an easiest client, however, I always received outmost care and attention. Highly recommend this Agency and its' people. And I am genuine Century 21 client. If you need to sell or let, don't hesitate to contact these guys!

This firm erects fictitious "sold" and "let" signs outside properties in the area where I live -- presumably as a form of free advertising. I had one of their fictitious signs posted outside my home last year (which I removed) and a neighbour has had another posted this week. When I checked their website they were also advertising fictitious properties. For example, two supposedly different properties were shown on their website with identical gardens and kitchens. Both kitchens even had exactly the same kettle in exactly the same place.
