My father is 92 and been a tenant of this company for over 65yrs , he is of bad health now so I am his daughter who does all the help for him
Over the years the telephone enquiries have been great and the workmen are fantastic but recently the manner of the lady on the telephone is so rude and demeaning and belittling, we have not long lost mum to dementia who I cared for and really do not need this manner

Used them for a survey on a house we are purchasing. Staff have always been very helpful and the turnaround was quick! Great communication throughout the process and competitive pricing.

The business as a whole, works, when we rang up regarding repairs ect, someone was out quickly to sort the issue out. Staff at THWOODHOUSE where very good, apart from the rude lady on the phone, she never seemed to know any answers to the questions we had. The house its self definitely isn't 2 bedrooms nor 3. Its only suitable for a person living on their own or a couple who plan not to have children. The area was terrible, druggies, swat teams, screaming every single night from different neighbours. Our neighbour even tried to kill our puppy. That she ended up in the emergency vets. The house its self needs alot going, alot of damp, mold cockroaches, woodlice. I will say that they probably use cowboy builders to quickly get repairs ect done. Its not a long term fix they use, its only in the mean time fixtures that they use that have to be sorted again in a few weeks time. It got to the point where I was pregnant and the house was making me that ill with the state of it and the neighbours we had no choice but to leave. Like I said, I cant fault Richard from thwoodhouse, he was very on the ball but apart from that there's nothing much more I can say.

They are agents for my landlord , they are less than useless, they dont check that repairs are carried out , they hire cowboys

An estate agent if you are looking to rent or buy a house, flat. Very slow on repairs, builders always cutting corners and having to come back and retifie the job they have done previously .
