The agent was motivated and had a lot of buyers on their books which made the sale quick. Downside was that evaluation happened with too much push, not allowing for it to be able to be marketed at its highest price. Also a lack of advise happened in this area. Overall I am satisfied as I realised quickly and instructed the agents to revalue, and was finally happy with the combination of price and quick sale.... Read more

Amazing experience from start to finish. I was with another agent for 6 months who told me to lower 50k off market value in order to sell. Bradshaw came in, told me to remain the price as is and they sold it within a few weeks. My only regret is not going with them from the start.... Read more

I am SO glad I chose Bradshaw Farnham & Lea. The biggest appeal is that they were local to Wirral specifically, so had great local market knowledge and had even sold houses in my close. Lee and the team were terrific communicators—I knew about bookings and offers straight away, and they provided lots of advice about the offers received. Worst estate agents ever. Full of promises to get the house on the market. Promises made, all broken, no communication.Overvalued our house and did nothing to get a sale. Always is ringing them, gave notice to take off the market and they didn’t, had to ring them again today. Boards not taken down as promised.... Read more
